This training program is designed to give participants the basic skills and knowledge to perform welding, pipefitting and metal fabrication tasks in a career setting.

Prerequisites & Assessments
18 Years of age, no open criminal charges, ability and willingness to work in outdoor environmental conditions. Good hand to eye coordination. NorthStar, O*NET, Basic Timed Typing Completed the NCCER Core Construction Class

Administration Staff Support
- Test Admin (1) - Administering all pre-tests for all programs, including Northstars and CASAS - Tracks participant progress and results for all programs
- Recruitment Staff (5) - One for each topic (construction, business, healthcare, technology, higher education) - Includes recruiting out in the community, as well as tracking job placement after the training program (and if they complete another program).
- Career Coaches/Administration for the GCTA - File documents and forms for each program and participant of the GCTA
