The Incredible Junior Journey

Head out to Camp Hardee for an opportunity like no other-Juniors, you will complete all steps for your Outdoor journey aside from the Take Action Project. During this outdoor exploration day, you will have the chance to learn about (and possibly meet) different animals that live in the woods, make your own animal home, create your own camping guidebooks, create a camp-out menu, learn about Leave No Trace, and more! Lunch will not be provided during this event. Troops and individuals should pack a sack lunch.

Pioneer Prairie Days: A Junior Overnight Experience

Journey back into the pioneer past! Juniors, you will spend the weekend learning about what life was like on the prairie! Make your own butter, pioneer outfit, learn how to build a fire without matches, and more! You will earn your Camper badge and Playing in the Past Badge. A First Aid/CPR-certified adult must accompany troops along with an Outdoor certified adult. Individually registered youths must be accompanied by a registered parent/ caregiver. All adults in attendance must be background checked.
