Troop Year Plans Yr 1 and Yr 2 Support Ready to plan your troop year? Troop leaders now have a new tool for helping to plan your year of Girl Scouting, Troop Year Plans. Our age-appropriate troop year plans are the best tool for first year troop leaders to get started with Girl Scouts without getting overwhelmed. The entire year is mapped out—just follow along to help your Girl Scouts complete badge activities, improve their communities, and explore the world around them. Troop Year Plans are available on our website. New troop leaders and leaders leading a new level for the first time can check off a badge from the Troop Year Plans by registering Girl Scouts for one of the council-sponsored events below. Let us take the guesswork out of it, we’ve got the facilitation covered!

Are you interested in building your own working race car? Girl Scout Brownies across the council footprint are invited to join us at their nearest Girl Scout Center and Shop for this facilitated one-hour STEM workshop. Learn how to design, build, and test your very own race car! All the tools and materials will be provided. Please note that there are two 1-hour long sessions for this event. Each session is the exact same workshop, register for only one. After completing the workshop, Girl Scouts will earn their Mechanical Engineering: Race Car badge.
