Especially the party hawkers, people who love public gatherings and working professionals are missing their office cubicles, colleagues, and the energetic environment.

We have all lost a part of our happening life. In a way, we should call ourselves blessed if we’ve been lucky enough to escape from the virus.

Anxiety has hit a different level and a few people must be losing their life to being excessively stressed.

Even though everything is uncertain, it is our responsibility to keep the spirit going and not to forget to live.

Focus on all the vitamin foods and drink warm tea as much as you can. Apart from this, eat your meals on time and avoid foods that you might catch a cold with.

Nature is beyond calling it beautiful, it is a serene experience that cannot be expressed perfectly in words. Right from the gentle breeze touching your skin to the sound of the birds chirping, everything feels amazing.

Around this stress, one of the tasks that can make you happy is gazing at the beauty of nature. Take out 30 minutes either early in the morning or during sunset and get involved with everything that catches your attention.

It could be the blue sky, sound of the water, view of the trees swaying from one end to the other, or flowers coming out of their bud.

Everything will seem magical and once you get back to your world, your mind will feel fresh. Don’t let that serene moment go in vain. Don’t forget to do this every time you feel stressed.
