Timberer’s focus is to provide a high-quality product at a reasonable price. Their main products are made from solid wood and they create sophisticated and modern designs by combining the wood with the raw essence of metal and glass. The furniture has a distinctive look and often become statement pieces. Lynn is hands-on and the self-proclaimed quality controller at Timberer. She recently started focusing on some smaller décor items as well, including tablecloths, pillow covers and candles which they make themselves. The store is also filled with gorgeous decorative items that will complement your Timberer piece. “This business started because of a passion. I am a Libra, so I have a passion for beautiful things,” says Lynn. Lynn keeps her clients updated throughout the whole production process, as she feels that it’s important to keep her clients in the loop.

She loves seeing a client’s face light up when they receive their delivery. 2020 is a big year for Timberer as they want to start doing their own upholstery. Lynn will also start to work closely with an interior designer so that Timberer can become a one-stop interior shop.

ynamic duo, Lynn and her husband Johan van der Hoff started Timberer to provide good-quality wooden furniture to young and upcoming individuals. They saw a gap in the market when their daughter got married in 2013 and they - like any young married couple - wanted to furnish their home. The furniture was so expensive, however, that they could not afford to do it all at once. So, Johan and Lynn decided to build a dining table with a server for them.
