獨立電影世界再也不一樣 舉辦電影節的路難走，舉辦獨立電影節的路更難。 自2003年起，我們只有兩個人成立一個小團體，嘗試透過自負盈虧 的方式舉辦不同的活動，在在是一個又一個考驗。有不少人以為我 們是一個富裕的團體，又或者誤以為舉辦這些活動可以獲得很可觀 的收入，但是，這些年來，我們團體從沒有達到收支平衡；從前跟 家人借來成立這團體的金錢，至今還是沒有償還。在沒有薪金的情 況下，我們算是學習過著簡單的生活，那是在自己從前的工作裡， 有著算是豐足又固定的收入時，所沒有體會和領悟過的。 曾經不只一次被問及，我們打算舉辦這些電影節多少年，我曾經不 只一次說著這樣的話：「直到我去世吧！」這不是戲言，只是想告 訴你，我們愛電影，相信只要世上仍然有人用心拍好電影，在我們 有限的資源下，還是甘心樂意地，搜羅世界各地的精彩獨立電影， 安排在我們三個國際電影節放映。當然，我們仍然相信，愛電影的 你，同樣會甘心樂意地，購買戲票重回電影院裡欣賞好電影。

InDPanda means “In-D-panda”. This kind of independent panda is a rare discovery of the independent scene. You may once got the “panda eyes” when you never stop watching the films you love overnight. The annual InDPanda International Short Film Festival highlights short films with different genres and topics from all over the world. It aims to make you back for love of independent films. The black and white colour of panda reminds you the basic concept of independent production. Just a simple idea, even without big budget, you can still make excellent short films. It’s SO BASIC.

Unhappy farm worker Mei steals some money from her boyfriend Seng, boards a ship to Japan and leaves him broken-hearted. But when she is deported it is Seng that greets her at the harbor for a night of bitter reflection.

兩男一女錯綜複雜的故事：念念（林昀希飾）對廷書（黃河 飾）有意，她拜託千喚（張君明飾）幫忙，誰知道愈幫愈忙。
A beautiful shinny Sunday afternoon, Gigi, a ten-year-old girl, was anticipating going to the movies with her family. Yet just before their departure, her parents have a quarrel. Her father then leaves angrily. Disappointed Gigi could do nothing but shrinks into her own fantasy. An unexpected door bell ringing brings about surprising development.

前些日子，我跟我弟談到了關於記憶的消逝，他說他曾經讀 過一本書，裡面說到：對於記憶，人們最先遺忘的是味道。 我突然試圖往腦裡面去找，找尋我祖母的味道。當景物和 動作、聲音逐漸堆疊出祖母的影像時，我嗅不出他的味道， 我感覺到在攝影機或照片記錄了某些東西還是在不斷的遠 離，我找不回來。
十七歲少年昇（《有一天》張書豪飾）熱衷於攝影，透過DV 記錄他的「日常生活」。現實生活中，他其實遭受校園霸凌， 口頭或身體的暴力如雨傾落，直到新同學毅（《少年不戴 花》張乃元飾）出現，人際關係秩序重新排列，這一回，他能 在真實人生中，重組他的日常生活嗎？暴亂青春，誰來拯救？ 操演人際關係接軸處種種微妙變化，施虐還是受虐？施比 受更有福？原來越真實，就越殘酷。

《男孩之間》(第四屆 InDPanda)導演全新作品，Bong-ju在 搬屋公司工作，某次，他跟菲律賓移民Alvin發生爭執。完成 搬屋後，客戶表示有貴重物件不見了，並懷疑是Alvin所為， 但是，Bong-ju卻站在Alvin一方，支持他。
Bo-jung因為流產而住院，她的丈夫In-Kwon在病房走廊意 外地丟了錢包。翌日早上，他們請求院方協助，想翻看當時 閉路電視拍下的影像，查明真相。但是，院方卻推說機器故 障，不願合作。
A story of North Korean exiles, depicts the way how South Korean people see North Korean people in the lives going on without any apparent relation with reunification, human right and North Korean defectors.
From the filmmaker of BOYS (4th InDPanda), this film questions the stereotype of vicious Korean employer and good-hearted victim foreign worker. It tells that the premise that they are different is inherent in the common adjectives we use for the immigrant workers, which might be the biggest prejudice.
The film combines several issues in a multi-layered story; the dispute on CCTV; the dispute on privacy and right of the patients in the hospital; the excessive information exposure and indiscreet comments on the internet, and tried to raise a question about them in a broader category, ‘information right’.
