閉幕節目 1：《我是人，我反核》+《輻射村求生手冊》 CLOSING PROGRAMME 1: I AM HUMAN, I AM ANTI-NUCLEAR + SURVIAL GUIDE UNTUK KAMPONG RADIOAKTIF
2013年3月9日，台北、台中、高雄及台東總計有二十萬人走上街頭，這是台灣歷來最大規模的反核遊行，核四與公投議 題的多元論辯持續進行，各式各樣的論壇、行為藝術、短片也接連上陣。於是，多位導演，包含方尹綸、王育麟、余京 懷、卓立、黃健瑋、楊雅 、鄭文堂、鄭立明、鄭有傑、鴻鴻和東華大學的「格格Blue小組」等國內不同世代創作者自費 拍攝反核短片，與來自馬來西亞的陳翠梅、劉城達、胡明進和楊俊漢的「反Lynas 稀土廠運動」短片展開跨國對話。 透過動人影像裡的普世情感與觀眾溝通，希望大家看完影片之後願意花點時間收集資訊，想想支持或是反對核能的 理由。因為他們深信，殺死我們的，不是明天的輻射，而是今天的冷漠。 (2013新北市電影節) The issues regarding Taiwan’s Fourth Nuclear Power Plant and the ensuing referendum have been raging on, spawning a wide range of debates, forums, performance art, and short films in connection therewith. Therefore a cross-country dialogue between the anti-nuclear power films made by Taiwanese filmmakers and the antiLynas (a rare earth project) films made by Tan Chui-mui, Liew Seng-tat, Woo Ming-jin and Yeo Joon-han of Malaysia was organized. This is a polyphonous chorus of people’s voices, singing the wish of everlasting beauty for the ground beneath our feet. (2013 New Taipei City Film Festival)

After the 2011 nuclear crisis in Japan, many Taiwanese often face the problem and the question: “Do we have ability to protect ourselves?” We cannot use imagination to find the answer. We have to prove it.

(馬來西亞Malaysia／2012／馬拉語，中、英文字幕In Malay with Chinese and English subtitles) Lynas在關丹設廠提煉稀土計畫曝光後，四位馬來西亞導 演：陳翠梅、劉城達、楊俊漢、胡明進，以影像控訴與抗爭第 一世界跨國企業製造第三世界環境公害的作品。 A collective project by four renowned Malaysian filmmakers; Tan Chui-mui, Liew Seng-tat, Yeo Joon-han & Woo Ming-jin. It consists of four short parodies, set in a fictional world where radioactive activities have all gone wrong and all the capitalists, profiteers, corrupted policy makers & government officers have escaped to other safe countries and leaving us ordinary citizens behind to suffer the heavy radioactive contamination.
《油鬼仔 XX》ORANG MINYAK XX 導演Director: 楊俊漢Yeo Joon-han (《出賣》導演Director of SELL OUT!)／10’ 「Orang minyak」在馬拉語的字面意思是「油人」，意指當 地的邪惡者以黑油遮掩自己，到處爆竊別人家園和強姦處 女。小偷和強姦犯能夠脫罪，因為我們大多數人，都看不清 他的壞事。 “Orang minyak” literally means “oily man” in Malay and refers to a local evil being who covers himself in black oil and goes around burgling homes and raping virgins. The petty thief and rapist who gets away with his crimes because most of us are blind to his misdeeds.
《黎群的愛》LAI KWAN’S LOVE 導演Director: 陳翠梅Tan Chui-mui (《無夏之年》，《莫失 莫忘》導演Director of YEAR WITHOUT A SUMMER & LOVE CONQUERS ALL)／9’30 黎群女士於1982年懷孕時，曾經在馬來西亞武吉美拉的三 菱稀土煉油廠工作。這部短片窺視她的孩子於1983年出生 後，她跟孩子的生活。 Madam Lai Kwan was pregnant in 1982 when she worked at the Mitsubishi rare earth refinery in Bukit Merah, Malaysia. This film is a peek into the life she has led since her child was born in 1983.
