Tobacco Compliance, Customer Service Courses All courses following are non-accredited and delivered online. At the end of the module, the participant will receive a Certificate of Completion.

VIC/NSW/WA/SA/TAS/QLD/ACT State based tobacco courses are non-accredited and at the end the participant will receive a Certificate of Completion and if required, Acknowledgement form (dependent on state). Owners and managers are responsible for ensuring all new employees are provided with tobacco training prior to selling tobacco items. The course covers; • The legal obligations of selling and advertising tobacco • Non-tobacco smoking products • Smoking accessories • E-cigarettes and E-cigarette accessories • Fines and penalties apply for breaches of the Tobacco Act Course: ONLINE
