Treasure Coast Public Safety Training Complex The Criminal Justice Bachelor’s Degree program is located at the Treasure Coast Public Safety Training Complex at IRSC, where the combination of criminal justice, fire science, emergency management, public administration, paralegal and human services education is essential in training students and emergency responders for coordinated responses to all types of emergencies.

Admissions Requirements A.A. or A.S. Degree with a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA; A.S. Degree in Criminal Justice Technology is preferred. See irsc.edu for required prerequisite courses.

Students may choose to complete their entire Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice online. Note: each online course requires at least one proctored exam.

Institute for Cold Case Investigation

The Institute for Cold Case Investigation (ICCI) is an applied-learning initiative that gives students enrolled in the IRSC Criminal Justice Bachelor’s Degree program real-world experience as they work with local law enforcement agencies toward resolutions on open, unsolved criminal investigations. The Institute is the first of its kind for a college or university in Florida and the only higher-education-led cold case investigation institute in the southeastern United States.
