his year, following the signing of a 50-year lease containing a 25-year renewal option with Temple Shalom, we began the process of fulfilling two pertinent requirements needing to be met in order to design and construct our new building.
Rezoning the Property
First, the 4.3-acre undeveloped lot, west of Temple Shalom’s parking lot, needed to be rezoned from residential use to one compatible with the approved usage on Temple Shalom’s developed tracts.
