Streetsport Streetsport is a full-time programme that delivers free weekly sports and creative activity sessions for young people across Aberdeen City throughout the year. The initiative was developed in partnership with RGU SPORT, Gray’s School of Art and Police Scotland, and the team of qualified coaches and experienced volunteers are out every weeknight in all weathers, delivering free activities 50 weeks of the year. They deploy into areas of high youth annoyance, as identified by Aberdeen City’s Community Safety Hub, utilising their mobile sports arena and equipment in various locations including car parks, parks and local facilities. Streetsport are always looking for additional support, whether that be volunteering at sessions, offering your time and expertise behind the scenes, or even helping raise funds for the programme through a fundraising event.
