There is a super cute vintage diner by my house that I’ve been wanting to shoot at. Luckily they didn’t mind us using their space for photos. Honestly though, the funnest part was when the editor Kana brought us home made lunch! The packaging was so cute and the food was good :) She’s so sweet!

My favorite taste in fashion would definitely be a sporty chic look with a 90’s touch. I like to mix vintage with modern. Being raised by my Dad he always put me in a simple T-Shirt and Jeans with some tennis shoes or boots haha. On the other hand my grandma and aunt would also watch me from time to time and thats when I learned about “how to” do my hair and “how to” dress more girly. As I got older I appreciated the feminine style and evolved. However Ill forever be a tomboy at heart.
Q3 Do you have a favorite fashion brand or store?
Some of my favorite brands include: American Apparel, Nike, and Reformation. Some of my favorite places to shop include: Urban Outfitters, American Rag, and Opening Ceremony.

My goals in life are to keep my mind, body, and soul healthy, purse my ideas, have financial freedom, know myself, explore, be close to family & friends and have a romantic partner.

My tooth has been hurting and I need to see a dentist. But I’m scared of the cost! Why does the cost of the treatment varies person to person? The cost of the treatment varies depending on the symptoms of cavity. However, the kinds of filling you choose could be one of the big factors in price. Some of them are covered by insurance (basically, 50% of PFM which contains metal is covered by insurance. Although Zirconia is not fully covered by insurance, you can still pay the difference to upgrade), have a better appearance or last longer while others make teeth look whiter. The most commonly used materials are Zirconia and PFM (Porcelain Fused to Metal). Zirconia + Ceramic uses no metal. It does not leave any dark spots on your gum and can reproduce natural-looking teeth. PFM is highly durable and lasts long. However, it does contain metal so it can leave dark spots on your gum. And finally, with 100% Zirconia, you are worry free because ceramic won’t crack and it could restore your natural whiteness.

Three front teeth are filled with PFM. You can notice the gum around the filling is blackish. The outside of PFM is made of ceramic, so it doesn’t look like a typical silver crown, but since metal is used inside, it’s not recommended for those who have metal allergy. 前歯に３本のメタルボンドが入っている状態です。周りの歯茎 が黒ずんでいるのが分かります。外側は陶器でできているた め、見た目が銀歯というわけではありませんが、中に金属が使 われているので金属アレルギーの方にはおすすめできません。

Zirconia crowns contain no metal. When we switch PFM with Zirconia, without any special treatment, the dark spots around the gum start to disappear. This material does not discolor, crack or get dirty easily. 金属を全く使わないジルコニアクラウンを使用すると、特別な処 置なく歯茎にあった黒ずみが消えていきます。 また汚れがつき にくい素材なので美しい歯をキープしやすいという利点もあり ます。割れにくいのも特徴です。

ALBA NATSUKI / 夏木アルバ Singer-songwriter from Goto Islands, Nagasaki. Studied abroad in Los Angeles at the age of 18. After returning back to Japan, Natsuki was discovered by a major record label and started professional vocal lessons. After singing as a backup singer for major artists, at shows and events, she released an EP in September 2012. She performed not only in Japan but in Asia and Europe. In March of this year, she was involved in a deadly car accident while visiting Los Angeles for music production.
