How was your photoshoot with JPy? It was a wonderful photoshoot. The staff was very friendly, and I was able to relax during the shoot. The location and outfit were very cute. I was very happy during the shoot.

What was your impression of LA? What do you like about LA? The people, the city, the beach, and fashion; they’re all amazing, I’m overjoyed every time I’m here. Everything is so stunning, and it keeps me motivated to shine just as much.

Of the places you’ve visited in LA, are there any particular places you enjoyed? I had these delicious donuts at Church Key! I’m definitely coming back next time I’m in LA. Hopefully, I have more time to go on an adventure and shop next time.

How do you spend your free time? I train in kickboxing when I have some spare time. I go to zoos, hot springs, and eat with friends and family!

If you had to spend $10,000 today, what would you spend it on? I’d probably rush to a high-end brand shop and start shopping right away! I’m pretty confident I could spend it all! LOL

Do you have a favorite phrase or word? Daily diligence!

Your schedule must be hectic as a model, when is it that you feel you’re having the most fun? I am the happiest on the runway! It makes me happy that my friends and family enjoy it as well.

スタッフさんたちみんな優しくて、初めてお会いする方たちなのに温かく迎え入れてくれてリラックスしながら撮影ができました。コーディネートもロケーションも最高にかわいくて幸せに浸りながら撮影してました♥

人、街、海、ファッション、どれをとっても最高で、来る度にハッピーになれる場所です♥みんなキラキラしていて、自分ももっとがんばらないとって気持ちになります！

おいしいドーナツを食べたレストラン、Church Key‼︎LAに来たら絶対また行きたい！次はゆっくりお散歩しながらお買い物したいです♥

一人の時はキックボクシングに行ったり、お友達と温泉や動物園に行ったり、家族とごはんに行ったりしています！

ご自身のビジネスや体験を元にセミナーや講習をされようと思ったのは何故でしょうか？

私は起業家であり、開拓者ですが、他にも「やってみたいな」

「今やれ、すぐやれ、とっととやれ！」の千恵子先生、それでもやらない人は何が理由だと考えられますか？自信がないのと失敗が怖いからだと思います。アメリカは、敗者復活のできる国。誰にでもチャンスを与えてくれる国だと言えます。たとえ失敗しても、チャレンジしたことを賞賛する文化があり、何もやらない人よりもトライした人の方が評価されます。根拠のない自信をたくさん持って、とにかくチャレンジしてみるだけでもかけがえのない体験です。知識や体験は、誰からも奪われることのない自分の財産となり、一方で「やらない」という選択肢には、何の成長もありません。

Biscuits 1 cup Unsalted Butter ¼ cup Yuzu Jam

[Directions] 1. (B) Break down the biscuits in a bowl, add the melted butter and mix well. After it’s mixed, set it in the baking tin to make the crust. Refrigerate. (Photo ➀ ) 2. Put ingredients (A) in a food processor until it’s well blended. Use a spatula to make sure the surface is smooth. (Photo ➁, ➂, ➃） 3. Pour into baking tin, preheat the oven at 340°F and bake for 45 minutes (Photo ➄）*Poke with a toothpick, if nothing comes with the pick it’s ready! 4. Lather the Yuzu jam on the surface, once it’s cooled, chill for another 3 hours in the refrigerator. (Photo ⑥）

1. （A）の材料の材料をすべてボウルに入れ、泡だて器でよく混ぜる。 2. 別のボールに（B）の材料をすべて入れ、泡だて器を立てて持ったら、小さな円から大きな円を描くように全体を混ぜ、生地を乳化させる。 3. 2を1に加え、ゴムベラを使いながらゆっくりと生地をひとまとめにする。 4. 生地を絞り出し袋に入れ、クッキングシートを敷いた天板にくるくると絞り出す。 5. 160℃に余熱したオーブンで10分焼き、その後、 150℃で15分焼く。 ※絞り出し袋がない場合は、厚手のビニール袋の端をカットして手作りするのもいいです。

Then, bake for another 15 minutes at 300°F. * If you don’t own a pastry bag, you can just use a plastic bag and cut a corner.

［作り方］ 1. （B）の砕いたビスケットをボウルに入れ、バターを溶かして混ぜ入れる。よく混ぜたら、型底に敷いて冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。（写真①） 2. フードプロセッサーに（A）の材料を順に加え、滑らかになるまでよく混ぜる。 ※生地が均一になるように、ゴムベラなどで側面をはらう。（写真②、写真③、写真④） 3. 型に流し入れ、170℃に予熱したオーブンで45分ほど焼く。（写真⑤） ※竹串などで中央に穴をあけ、生地がついてこなければOK！ 4. 柚子ジャムを表面に塗り、全体的に粗熱が取れたら冷蔵庫で3時間ほど冷やす。（写真⑥）

[Directions] 1. Wash and hull the strawberries, cover with sweet bean paste almost to the top. (Photo ➀) 2. Combine ingredients from B in a bowl and create a slightly tougher cream. 3. Combine ingredients from A in a separate bowl, warm it up for about a minute and a half in a microwave. Mix and then again use the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove the bowl and mix with a spatula until smooth. (Photo ➁) 4. On a table with plenty of potato starch sprinkled, remove the gyūhi (mochi) and separate into 5 pieces. Roll flat in a circular shape. *Be careful the dough is hot at this time. 5. Place the cream you prepared at 2 in the center. (Photo ➂) 6. Place the strawberries you prepared at 1 on the cream, place the berries head bottom. Slowly gather the dough around and ball together. Sprinkle starch.

“Maternity & Baby Festa” in Southbay was a great success!

サウスベイにて行われた「マタニティ＆ベビーフェスタ」が大盛況！ On Sunday March 27 there was an event held in the Southbay to make “raising children in the US be more fun.” Many families and expectant mothers showed up for the event to attend the workshops for mothers before and after childbirth. They also enjoyed exercises and seminars on raising children for future mothers, and free samples for healthy food were given out as well. Hope events like this will bring together and make a wider circle of mothers and future mothers, since becoming pregnant especially for the first time could be very stressful. Also at this event there were discounted nail and ear pot services offered, making it a fun and informative day!

日本とアジア諸国の共同制作作品の映画上映会を開催中！ The Japan Foundation, Los Angeles presents 4 times screenings of “Japan in Asia Film Series,” co-production of Japan and other Asian countries (Korea, Singapore, Thailand, China). Event targeted to exchange culture of Japan in Asia, the first screening on Wednesday, April 27 the screening of “The Tenor Lirico Spinto” Japanese-Korean coproduction film was held. The auditorium was filled with joy and some even shed tears viewing friendship that went beyond the national borders.

The Japan Foundation, Los Angeles（国際交流基金ロサンゼルス日本文化センター）企画による日本とアジア諸国（韓国、シンガポール、タイ、中国）の共同制作作品を上映する「Japan in Asia Film Series」が、4回に渡り開催されています。アジアの中の日本の姿をアメリカ人や当地在住の移民の方々と交流しながら共に楽しもうという目的で、第一弾として４月27日（水）には日韓共同制作作品『The Tenor Lirico Spinto （邦題：ザ・テノール真実の物語）』の上映が行われました。満員となった会場では、国を超えた友情をテーマにした名作品を共に楽しみ、涙する姿も。
