Health authorities advise tanks should be cleaned biennially. The sludge at the bottom of your tank increases and decomposes over time and can contain harmful bacteria and debris. Mobi-Kair pump the dirty water out of your tank, waterblast the wall and vacuum sediment/sludge off the floor. They can then organise a fresh load of water to go back into your tank.
