Pennies for PTP is something we are bringing back this year! It is a competition between different classes: freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors to see which class can raise the most amount of donations for PTP, and the winning class will get donuts during one of our meetings!!! All donations will go towards the Pediatric Trauma Program, which helps reduce the number of children who are injured or killed by trauma.

Remember, bills are negative points, coins are positive points! You can donate to other classes to sabotage their points!

Grassroots Soccer Tournament Our 10th annual Grassroots Soccer Tournament is Saturday, September 8th! Join us in “kicking” AIDS/HIV/ out of Africa through sexual health education and other programs! All the proceeds will go towa rds the foundation so we hope you can come out and help support this wonderful cause!

SEPTEMBER’S FOCUS: PEDIATRIC TRAUMA PROGRAM Recognizing the serious need for education and training in the areas of pediatric trauma and injury prevention, the Kiwanis Cal-Ne-Ha Foundation established the Pediatric Trauma Program (PTP) in 1994. The mission of the program is simple: develop local projects that will reduce the number of children in our three-state district who are killed or injured.
