Denmark’s cosiest harbour town

Adjacent to the harbour, you find one of Denmark's best and most family-friendly beaches, two miniature golf courses and several playgrounds. The large Juelsminde Nature Playpark is especially popular amongst children and the young at heart.
The town is jam-packed with harbour charm as you know it from the coastal towns of southern Europe but without the cheeky waiters.
Perfectly located between Horsens Fjord and Vejle Fjord, Juelsminde is a popular destination for sailors and everyone else who has a penchant for salt water. In the charming harbour town everything is within walking distance. Just a few metres from the water's edge you can shop in the cosy shops or head into the backyard of the town, Tofteskoven, either on foot or mountain bike.
Here, ocean view is not something for which you pay extra but simply present everywhere you look. At the harbour, you'll find attractive restaurants with freshfrom-the-sea fish dishes, ice cream for those with a sweet tooth, as well as a harbour museum, a playground, and a crab racing track.
