COMMUNITY NETWORKS TO ERADICATE VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN

The Guide has been prepared based on five successful experiences, developed in different neighborhoods of the city of El Alto, Aymara communities of Jesús de Machaca, in Guarani communities of Charagüa, in the town center and communities of Chimoré and the educational centers of Irupana . It has the formal document in which the entire process has been systematized, but it also

The Ministry of Justice and Institutional Transparency approved this guide, through Resolution 43/2020, “as an instrument that will establish basic guidelines for the prevention and protection of women against acts of violence in the Plurinational State of Bolivia, based on citizen co-responsibility in coordination with the state care institution chain”.
The project “Life Without Violence” in the previous four years has supported in this task for the eradication of violence, the work of 80 municipalities of the departments of Chuquisaca, La Paz, Cochabamba and Potosí. It has also supported state institutions such as the Judicial Branch, the Public Ministry and the FELCV of the Bolivian Police.
