Follow by setting your goal, sourcing resources, and any training required. Then develop your action plan.
I envision the Motto of “Learn, Grow and Share” will be used as a template to inspire as many Lions as possible to seek out more training for themselves and participate in a new service project. The sharing will better serve others by growing their clubs in membership and thus provide greater service to their communities.

In Lionism, we accept the many challenges that come as we strive to promote our motto “We Serve”. This year I have chosen for my motto three words that all Lions can use when approaching a challenge, “Learn, Grow and Share” In this, our Centennial year, this approach will help Cabinet officers, Cabinet chairs, Lions, Leos and Lioness clubs succeed in the challenge our Lion International President Bob Corlew has issued in his Motto, to find “New Mountains To Climb”. Learn Find the new mountain, a new community need. Start by doing a Community Needs Assessment.
