NAVY BEAN DIP Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 2 hours
INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cups cooked Eden Dry Navy Beans 1/3 cup Eden Bonito Flakes, crumbled 1 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup red onion, minced 1/4 cup parsley, minced 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced DIRECTIONS Cook beans per box directions. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse several seconds until creamy. Add a small amount of bean cooking liquid to desired consistency if needed - not too thick or thin - about 1/4 cup.
