Gridiron Football Top 300

What things are you looking for most in a football program? The things that I look for in a football program are family/ brotherhood type atmosphere and a winning culture What motivated you to get into playing this sport? I wouldn’t say anything really motivated me to get into the sport. I started out young with flag football and really enjoyed it. The next year I started tackle and once the hitting started, I fell in love with the game. What does football mean to you? To me, football means completely destroying the team across from you. Once the whistle blows, I want them to be thinking they have no business being on the field with us. I really feel like I need to show people my talent and have them thinking ‘who is that kid’?

What’s your favorite thing about your position? Well, I play quarterback, and my favorite thing about it is having the ball in my hands every play. I feel like if the ball is in my hands, I can always make something happen. With that being said, I am an athlete, and I love to hit and read plays from safety. What would you say are your main strengths on the field? My main strengths are speed, elusiveness, vision, and the ability to anticipate. Three words to describe yourself. Confident, passionate, motivated. I feel like many people mistake me for arrogant, but I am just very passionate about what I do. How do you balance your schoolwork and football? I have never really had any trouble with balancing schoolwork and football. I also play soccer and run track, so I stay pretty busy. Schoolwork comes first, then reward myself with sports after. Do you have a favorite NFL or College Athlete? Don’t really have one. If I had to go with anyone it would be Taysom Hill. I feel like my game resembles his. What would you like to major in? Business What’s been the highlight of your football career? The highlight of my football career so far is being moved up to play high school as a 9th grader. What type of things do you do in your offseason to keep yourself in shape? Workout six days a week and eat healthy What has football taught you about yourself or life? Football has taught me how to be disciplined, brotherhood and also how to compete. What would you bring to a college team? I would bring competitiveness, work ethic, leadership, and drive.
