Walden Bello to Pacquiao: Postpone fight or expect criminal case MANILA, Mar 31 (Mabuhay) – Former Akbayan party-list representative Walden Bello on Thursday vowed to file a criminal case against fellow senatorial candidate, Saranggani Rep. Manny Pacquiao if the latter decides to push through with his boxing match with Timothy Bradley Jr. on April 9. “I just want to warn candidate Pacquiao that immediately after the fight on April 9, we will be filing a criminal case against him before the Comelec (Commission on Elections) Law Division and other relevant judicial institutions,” Bello said. Bello issued the statement in view of a Commission on Elections (Comelec) en banc decision not to stop the fight.
