La única actualización principal del CT4 para 2023 es la adición de tres nuevos colores exteriores extras Tintacina roja radiante, metálico de plata argent y acero de medianoche metálico. El Blackwing CT4-V de gama alta agrega un cuarto tono llamado Maverick Noir Frost que es exclusivo de la edición Sebring IMSA.
