TRX CYCLE FUSION Try TRX and get your cardio endurance in one class. Enjoy the control and modifications that can be obtained with TRX and the cardio intensity of cycling. This fusion class provides strength and burns a high amount of calories. YOGA We have slow flow to restoration yoga. For the Summer months, let our awesome instructors lead you to muscle lengthening and relaxation. Also, check the schedule for PCC fitness’ evening yoga classes. BARRE Incorporates classic ballet moves such as plies, alongside static stretches to create a low impact strength and lengthening workout.

PILATES Low improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. INTERVAL TRAINING Increase your strength and cardio capacity with interval training. Use the clock and your heart rate to build cardiovascular capacity and muscular endurance. BALANCE AND TAI CHI This class is a fall-prevention program that utilizes Tai Chi forms and strength exercises that will help the participants to increase core and balance throughout movement. R.I.P.P.E.D. RIPPED combines resistance, interval, power, plyometrics, endurance, core and a very important diet program. Designed to help everybody meet their ultimate fitness goals in a super fun group exercise environment.
