And in spite of difficult times befell us, I am convinced that together we will get along! Soon we will definitely win this terrible war! Because our nation was, is and will be strong and invincible!! Freedom flows through our veins!
I communicate with representatives of different nations and visit many countries as an international journalist. And I always proudly declare that I am Ukrainian! – Як надалі склалась Ваша доля?
– На жаль, мені не вдалось потра-
пити на факультет, де я прагнула себе розвивати через систему, то-
му пішла на медсестринський фа-
культет нашої академії. Де власне
й здобула диплом з відзнакою, після чого продовжила шлях вже на
медичному факультеті. З часом я
стикнулась з величезною пробле-
мою – це було акне важкої стадії.
В кого тільки я не була! Ніхто не
мав змоги впоратись з моєю хворо-
бою, на жаль. Через те я прагнула
впоратись сама зі здоров’ям своєї
шкіри. Так дерматологія стала моїм
сенсом. Я прагнула знайти, маю-
чи якісну англійську, будь-яку ін-
формацію і розпочала свій шлях.

А після того, як я подолала свою
проблему, до мене почали звертатись подружки подружок.
У 2006 році до мене звернулась
дівчина з таким самим питанням.
За кілька місяців красуня при-
йшла до мене з величезним букетом квітів та абсолютно щасливим
виразом обличчя. Ми з нею подо-
лали проблему! Вона розквітала.
Це було найважливішим моментом
для мене, коли я зрозуміла, якою
може бути жінка, що вона мо-
же через себе щасливу дарувати
рідним та собі. А далі пішли
мене не було питань до себе, що я можу, а що ні. Питання було лише про безпеку моїх дітей. То ж я просто посадила дітей до автівки і ми поїхали. Звичайно, тимчасово. Але тільки вдома ти розумієш, хто ти, на що здатен. За кордоном лише ти розумієш, на що ти дійсно здатен, хто ти є в глобальному розумінні. Тому, напевно, головний урок – це
вкладання в себе. Я вдячна кожному автору книжок, які читала, де говорилось про вклад у себе.
Коли я збирала кошти на власний конгрес в Парижі, де читала лекції, зрозуміла, що мене у мене не забере ніхто. Десь за рік до війни я дізналась, що мої партнери вели не чесну гру, то були катастрофічні фінансові махінації, проте я подолала усе. Далі мою репутацію намагались спаплюжити, відібрали в мене мій бренд. Але усе, що я маю – моя експертність, яку не відібрати. То ж урок в тому, щоб розуміти, хто ти є насправді.
– Як вийти за межі власних упереджень?
– Це навичка. Кожного дня варто щось робити інакше. Навіть каву випити з іншої філіжанки. Сядьте на інше місце в кафе, почитайте не новини, а книжки. Авжеж мова йде
щасливими. – Маріє, що для Вас стало найголовнішим уроком життя? – З війною ми усі обнулились. В
підвищенням кваліфікації, відслідковую усі медичні інновації, вивчаю психологію, аби вивчати себе та навколишній світ. Усі ці нові знання допомагають виходити за рамки. Авжеж, не можна і без фізичних навантажень, це гормони досягнень, завдяки яким ми маємо змогу процвітати. – Ваша справа – робити добро людям. Що в цьому вважаєте найголовнішим професійним фактором? – За

– Конкуренція – це про можливості! Коли ми говоримо про особистості, кожен з нас унікальний. Авжеж, є стандарти, проте ми дійсно маємо особливості. На кожного з нас є свої люди та клієнти, які прагнуть цієї особливості. З точки зору медичної практики я не бачу конкурентів та не шукаю їх. Я
тих, хто летить через океан за моїми послугами. Це не про кон-

– Яким чином Вам вдається продовжувати боротьбу з віком клієнтів з допомогою інноваційних технологій?

Мова йде про харчування, фізичне навантаження, харчові добавки, якісь крапельниці тощо. Я ду-
же сильно вкладаюсь детально в кожну людину. Це дійсно про ком-

– Ms. Liliya, we are glad to see you on the pages of our edition. Let’s probably start with what the residents of your women’s club do
– The club of successful women «Women of Ukraine» was created in Odesa by the charming Ukrainian Olha Azarova about eighteen years ago. Today, the club already has international status. Club residents are women from more than 18 countries. Our main goal is to support women entrepreneurs. We create various forums; organize conferences, master classes and training courses. Successful women, leaders in various fields share their own experience and achievements at all these events motivating other project participants.
This club has a more charitable direction In Ukraine. All events that we create currently mostly in Lviv are aimed specifically at charity. Before the full-scale invasion, we mostly collected funds for sick children at events. Currently, the leading event of our club is the «TOP-100 men and women» project. The events of recent years led us to the idea of creating the «Top 100 Volunteers» project, because realities dictate our adaptability to new conditions. We also celebrated the «TOP 100 doctors» who are mostly in the war zone. In this way, we not only perform a charitable function, but also celebrate people who make a significant contribution to the development of our society.
– What are the main values you bring to Ukrainian society today?
– Probably, the first thing I will mention is honesty in business and social responsibility of entrepreneurs. Each member of our club develops in one of the spheres of business, and in this aspect we strive to develop Christian, human values. Our club has a spiritual mentor – the abbot of St. George’s Cathedral. And he is present at each of our events, giving advice and instructions. By the way, he recently organized a trip for us to Rome, to the Pope. It was an incredible event, because we bring Christian values to society through our functionality.
– What challenges do you have to face in today’s business? How do you overcome these exams?
– Of course, the great war made correctives in all aspects of our lives. As for business, today I continue to develop a beauty salon that has been operating for over 24 years. And I have been successfully developing the restaurant business for more than 10 years. I thank God and our defenders that we are working despite all trials. We do not stop, we pay taxes, provide jobs, pay wages to employees. Yes, our profits have become smaller, but we have not stopped. Recently, I have become convinced that we are not a subdued people and I understand that life cannot be put off for later under any circumstances. Absolutely all ideas should be implemented. I understand that it seems illogical to someone to develop, to arrange something new, to update the menu, for example... However, I feel that it should be done for the sake of people.
– How much did the war change you personally and your environment?
– The war changed everyone. As for me, I’ve probably become more self-confident. I left for Poland with my children with the beginning of the great war, but I returned very quickly, because I realized that I should rely only on myself. I realized how strong our women are in spirit. Due to the absence of a husband by my side while I was abroad, I felt my resources, their fullness and my own ability to cope with things that I had not had to deal with before.
– Thank you, Ms. Liliya! What qualities, in your opinion, should a Ukrainian woman possess in order to continue to be an example to follow for the next generations?
– The Ukrainian woman was and will be known to the world as the one who cares about her family and environment. This happened historically, because men were always at war, and women were left alone with the household and children. It came back to haunt us, unfortunately. Therefore we have to take care of ourselves, be human and raise children with true values. A woman must be responsible and learn to survive. But she must be a woman above all even during the war. And she must be able to ask for help if she can’t do everything on her own.

OKSANA TIKHONENKO: WE DON’T NEED MOTIVATION TO DONATE TO OUR ARMY!
Delicious food, good service and assistance to army are what the “Eurasia” restaurant business currently lives by. Our next guest Oksana Tikhonenko, the managing partner of this network of restaurants, talked about how their establishments participate in helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
– Good afternoon, Oksana. We know that you do a lot to help the Armed Forces. Tell me how many divisions have already been helped and with what?
– To be honest, they didn’t even count the number of units that had already been helped. We do not help for the sake of statistics, awards or honors. In our opinion, this is the duty of every citizen and business, because only together will we be able to bring Victory closer. The boys and girls who are on the frontlines winning this Victory with their blood and lives must be sure of a reliable rear. 72 DMBr, 3 DLSBr, 24 DMBr are the units of the Armed Forces that we help the most. In addition to them, there are still many brigades that received help from our charity fund. If we speak objectively, what exactly was transferred to these units the list will be standard: drones of various modifications, EW stations, charging stations, communication equipment and of course direct monetary assistance.
– What is your personal motivation to donate to the army?
– It really amazes me that someone needs motivation to donate. Your own life, health and
freedom – isn’t that enough to start with? Every citizen, without exception, is obliged to join our armed resistance to the enemy invasion. Our defenders, who are on the front line, put in the most effort, but we too should not be ashamed of ourselves and future generations.
– What are your plans for the future? Are you planning to expand your restaurant network?
– As is now repeated at all seminars, training courses, etc., the planning horizon of modern Ukrainian business has narrowed to one month, and sometimes to one week. After the start of a full-scale invasion, I have already encountered more than once that our long-term and sometimes short-term plans collapse in one moment. Therefore, I can definitely promise you that we will continue to delight our guests with the tastiest dishes and the best service. And the question whether it will be in the restaurants that are working at the moment or in new locations, we will leave open.

Співпраця з MEOM започаткована минулого року. Завдяки цьому 20 молодих офтальмологів України на конкурсній основі отримали грант на участь у конференцій MEOM цьогоріч. – Добрий день, Маріє. Розкажіть про Вашу кар’єру на телебаченні. З чого все почалось? – Початок моєї телевізійної кар’єри був доволі веселим. Мені доручили зняти репортаж про м’ясо на Бессарабському ринку. Потрібно було провести бліцопитування, поговорити з продавцями. Пам’ятаю себе, 17-річну студентку, своє хвилювання і як мікрофон чомусь опинився у моїй кишені. А ще, як люди ховалися від нашої знімальної групи під прилавки. Перестрибувати до них я не наважилася. Зйомки були зірвані. Саме тому в моїй медійній майстерні, яку збираюся найближчим часом запустити, однією з тем буде: Як подолати стрес перед інтерв’ю і не налякати героя. Що стосується подальшого мого життя на телебаченні, то все складалося дуже добре. Я пройшла кар’єрний шлях від редакторки, ведучої до заступника директора з творчих питань студії.

– Усе завжди починається з первинної консультації. Завжди вкрай важлива перша зустріч, яка неодмінно має відбутись наживо та віч-на віч. Вона має особливе, часто вирішальне, значення. A special place among such institutions is occupied by the advocateship. Its activity significantly increases the guarantees of ensuring the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens. We will talk about this with Natalya Lysnevska, a private notary.
– What role does a lawyer play in any professional matter?
– Each subject has his or her own needs for the involvement of a lawyer: the victim wants to protect his or her rights and compensate physical, moral and material damage; the witness needs an opportunity to give evidence on the facts; the suspected person has the right to explain the fact of the suspicion brought against him, to give evidence and defend his or her interests; the accused builds a position regarding the accusation, etc.; the civil plaintiff and the defendant are interested in the resolution of the civil action.
– What is the importance of the initial consultation?
– Everything always starts with an initial consultation. The first meeting is always extremely important and it must take place live and face to face. It has a special, often decisive importance. In order to choose a client protection strategy, first of all it is necessary to determine what motivated the client to come to the lawyer, what are his or her real interests.
– What are the limitations for a lawyer?
– If the lawyer is a family member or a close relative of an official who took part or is participating in a civil process concerning which the lawyer is approached with a proposal to conclude an agreement on the provision of legal assistance; – execution of a contract may conflict with the interests of the lawyer, his family members or close relatives, the law firm or the lawyer association, the founder (member)

– What, in your opinion, should young lawyers pay attention to?
– Young lawyers come across the issues and challenges, which are almost the same in every country. Only the priority changes as a rule. These are the exchange of experience, access to the profession, providing young lawyers with appropriate working conditions, the lack of a mentor to receive professional advice, the issue of establishing and developing one’s own legal business. These are the main problems young lawyers are concerned about.
– Under what circumstances can a client call a lawyer to account?

– Ukraine has taken an important place in the IT field in the world in recent years. The growing popularity of IT technologies in Ukraine is really connected with a number of factors. The IT field allows many specialists to work from home or
from any place where there is an Internet connection. This makes the industry attractive to professionals who value flexibility in their work schedule and workplace.
The global need of software development, support of information systems and other IT services is growing. Ukrainian IT companies work successfully on the international market, offering competitive services.
– What is the future of Ukrainian business, in your opinion?
– I really hope and believe in the future of Ukrainian business, but both the tax policy of our country and the general state of affairs in it have a great influence on its development. Ukrainian business has a huge potential for development and prosperity. This especially applies to the IT sector, which is already showing high growth rates and competitiveness on the world market. However, it is necessary to pay attention to several key aspects in order to realize this potential. The tax policy and the general state of the country’s economy occupy a central place among them.
– What do you think our business lacks to stay afloat?
– Ukrainian business faces a number of challenges that complicate its development and survival. Businesses in Ukraine lack several
factors in order to stay afloat and prosper. Frequent changes in legislation create uncertainty for business. It is important for entrepreneurs to know that the rules of the game will not change suddenly and that they can plan their actions for the long term. Corruption also remains one of the main obstacles to business development in Ukraine. A high level of corruption increases the costs of doing business, reduces the country’s investment attractiveness and creates unequal conditions for entrepreneurs.

With our guest in this issue, we will talk about new life, challenges and plans for the future.
– Olena, we are glad to communicate with you again. And this time we want to reveal your life in a new way. So let’s start with the event that forced you to leave your home. Share your story.
– When the war started, I could not even imagine that I would ever leave my home. I stayed in Kyiv despite constant explosions and alerts. I had the feeling that this is my battle, and I should be close to my relatives. My heart was breaking, but I continued to help: I transported people, delivered humanitarian aid to the capital. At that time, my soul remained torn between fear for my daughter and the need to be useful in Ukraine.
After some time, I received a call from Belgium with news that literally froze me in place. Social services began to take an interest why my minor daughter was there without me. The registries in Ukraine did not work, and I saw no other way out than to go for her. But everything went on not according to plan. My back was already badly injured from carrying heavy gasoline cans. I could barely breathe because of the burns on my mucous membrane, which I received while pumping gasoline from generators with my mouth. Therefore, I decided to take a break at least for a week, but fate again ordered otherwise. I unluckily tripped on the stairs and fell, again injuring my back, arm and leg. I could not walk, my arm did not move, I felt terrible pain and found myself chained to a friend’s house. At that moment, I realized that my return to Ukraine was postponed indefinitely. So I stayed in Belgium.
– Like most Ukrainian women, you still strive for development and realization. What are you working on today?
– Even when I find myself in a new country, I feel the need to develop. I am actively studying advertising design and marketing. I am interested in creating content that not only attracts attention, but also has a deep meaning.
– What impressions about life abroad can you share with our readers?
– Living abroad is both a challenge and an opportunity. One of the biggest challenges for me was adapting to a new culture and language. But at the same time it motivates to learn more.
At the same time, being here, I clearly saw what a step forward Ukraine has made in the field of services and digitalization. In Ukraine, all processes are much simpler and faster. However, the biggest challenge for me was depression, which I struggled with for a long time.

– Do you currently have any joint projects, perhaps volunteer ones that you are developing abroad for Ukrainians?
– I actively support all possible initiatives of the Ukrainian community in Belgium. Currently, we have an idea to create a film about Ukrainian women. We want to show not only their difficulties, but also how they overcome these challenges. It was for this purpose that I went to learn a video course, to be able to convey a story through the camera as accurately and insightfully as possible.
– Olena, Ukrainians today live with one dream – our victory. What are your plans for the time when you will return to Ukraine?
LIFE DOES NOT END BECAUSE OF DIFFICULTIES. THEY TEACH US TO FIND THE STRENGTH TO MOVE ON AND SEE SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY.
– We know that you communicate with many Ukrainian women and support each other. What stages were and are the most difficult and the best for you and your friends?
– The most difficult stages for us are definitely the beginning of the war and the moment when we were forced to make difficult decisions. And although we always supported
– I plan to return in a year. I use this time to acquiring new knowledge and experience. I am staying here because it is important to me to help my daughter to become more independent and be able to continue her studies in Europe. By the way, she also plans to return to Ukraine after graduation. This year will be a time for both of us to prepare for our return and be of maximum service to our country. I plan to use this period to learn French and English, as well as to improve my skills in the field of advertising and videography. Returning to Ukraine, I want to implement new ideas that will help in the development of our country and support it in times of recovery.

We will talk with one such brave girl who was not afraid and opened her own business!
– Julia, we can see from your profile in social networks that you are a very versatile person! Tell us how your career began in Bulgaria? What prompted you to open a beauty salon in this country?
– In April 2022, I decided to establish a business in Bulgaria through the registration of the company «AspectPro». And in May, I opened the SUNNY LAND beauty salon, where Ukrainian masters work in the main areas of the beauty industry, namely massage, hairdressing services, manicure and pedicure services, eyelash increment and lamination, hair increment and cosmetology.
– Do you need any education to open your own business abroad?
– In order to integrate into the socio-economic space of Bulgaria I have undergone the procedure of recognition of higher education obtained in Ukraine as of 2022. I have received official certificates of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Bulgaria confirming educational and professional competences for activities as a teacher, psychologist, economist, as well as the possibility of their application within the national labor market.
– What steps have already been taken to achieve the result you have today?
– Combining my own experience and professional relations in the field of higher education of Ukraine, which I acquired while working in higher education institutions since 2012 in management positions (head of the document circulation and archive department, head of the centre for pre-university training
and career guidance, director of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Professional training), as well as the educational business project «International Academy of Modern Education «Vertex», operating since 2019, of which I am the main founder, I started cooperation with Bulgarian universities on the admission of Ukrainian citizens to study at a discounted price, which in some cases reached 50% of basic one. Thus, I supported the possibility of education for citizens of Ukraine in this difficult period at a reduced price. Providing Ukrainians with services in the field of beauty and their children in the educational, cultural and creative and entertainment spheres has become my priority in supporting compatriots abroad and the main direction of business activity.
– What of your plans for 2024 has already been implemented? – Confirmation of professional competences and qualifications made it possible to be determined with the further expansion of the company’s activities. An idea of the establishment of a children’s centre for the development of creative personality later turned into a social and educational project. Thus, in May 2024, the implementation of the 1st stage of this project began. The «Positive» summer camp has been opened for children from Ukrainian families who ended up in Bulgaria after February 2022 and are under the status of temporary protection of this country.

– Good afternoon, Myroslava. Tell us the story of your introduction to theta healing. What your passion started with?
– I got acquainted with theta healing during the invasion of COVID-19. I had a difficult period: illness, strained relationship with my husband, depression. It seemed to everything be fine, but I did not enjoy it. And one friend advised to watch Svitlana Zhilyuk and Nataliya Schneider. For two years I just watched them, listened to broadcasts, meditations. During the time I spent in their field, I underwent transformations and my life changed little by little. I was almost never sick, we travelled a lot to take a rest and my son entered the desired faculty of IT technologies. But I still felt that I was not fulfilling my purpose and something grandiose was waiting for me.
I signed up for dance and started studying IT. And then the war in Ukraine began. I have bought a car from a dealership at this time: the meditations worked, but I didn’t know about it yet. I was ashamed to drive a new car; I did not feel pleasure from anything. Then theta healing appeared in my life. Thanks to it, I found answers to my questions, which I had been asking for the past 20 years: why there were problems with pregnancies, why I was sick, why the business did not get on.
– When did you realize that you wanted to do this professionally and help other people?
– When I saw how theta healing changed me, how my desires began to come true, my psychological state changed, relationships improved, I became less sick and my income increased. I was delighted with theta healing! Then, one might say, I jumped into the last wagon: I took courses in theta healing and received certificates that gave me the right to practice.
When I started conducting theta sessions, diagnosing clients, I saw how they get rid of their deep beliefs or money blocks, their condition changes and people start to act: to increase profits, to be happy. I started getting positive feedback from clients.
I give people State. When the internal state changes then reactions to situations change and then the situations change themselves. Пройшовши через цей процес, я почала цікавитися тим, як допомогти іншим впоратися з подібними проблемами. Це і підштовхнуло мене до рішення стати психотерапевтом.
– Як вважаєте, соціальні мережі допомагають нам рухатися вперед чи більше завдають шкоди?
– Соціальні мережі – складний феномен нашого часу, який має як позитивні, так і
стажем, об’їздила всю Україну та сусідні країни неодноразово, але, побачивши мене за кермом, деякі чоловіки зверхньо посміхаються. При ДТП мене упереджено називали винною. А коли шукала автомобіль для покупки, мені казали, що на мій бюджет автомобілів із автоматичною коробкою передач не знайти (хоча я все життя їздила лише на автомобілях з механічною). В офісах, на фабриках чи будь-яких інших робочих місцях, мізогінія може проявлятися у вигляді гендерної дискримінації у питаннях найму, заробітної плати, підвищення, а також через сексуальні домагання. Жінки часто стикаються зі стереотипами про розподіл ролей та очікуваннями щодо їхнього професійного поводження та зовнішності. Жінки, які беруть участь у політиці, займають керівні посади чи просто є публічними особами, отримують
у цих областях часто супроводжуються сексизмом та
мізогінією в академічних колах. – Чи помічаєте Ви зміни у ставленні жінок до жінок за останні роки/десятиліття? Чи назвали б Ви ці зміни позитивними? – Я б хотіла розкрити це питання більше з точки зору ставлення саме жінок до інших жінок. Працюючи як жіноча психологиня та коучиня, я усвідомлюю, що саме жінка впливає на
відчуття власної гідності та самоцінності. Тоді її правила та кордони більше поважають інші жінки та чоловіча частина населення планети. Тому мої зусилля направленні на створення та
підтримку жіночих спільнот.
Світ прямує до організації громад, груп підтримки, жіночих мережевих асоціацій, які сприяють об-
міну досвідом, ресурсами та мотивацією. Мені подобається ця тенденція, і я із величезним задоволенням до неї приєднуюсь і очолюю доступні мені напрямки.
Збільшення кількості жінок-лідерок у різних сферах стимулює зростання менторських програм, де наставниці допомагають молодшим і менш
досвідченим колегам. Це допомагає зміцнювати жіночий лідерський потенціал та руйнує стереотипи щодо «конкуренції» між жінками. – Ви очолюєте громадську організацію «Гідність – це жіночно». Чому для Вас це важливо?
– Самоцінність є ключовим елементом психологічного здоров’я кожної
людини, але для жінок це особливо важливо через історично сформовані гендерні ролі та очікування. Жінки часто піддаються тиску та насиллю з боку своїх чоловіків, батьків, колег.

– Do you divide friendship into male and female? If so, what do you think the difference is?
– The concept of friendship is of course universal and common to both sexes. However, as a person who has studied neuro-linguistic programming in depth, I believe that
there are certain differences. Now I will explain what I mean.
Male logic is traditionally based on independence, justice and rules while female logic is more oriented towards relationships and care. Men tend to be individualistic and controlling, following the rules of
the game or hierarchy while women are more focused on communication and interpersonal relationships. Men seek to lead and women value communication. Men respect rules and women respect connections and relationships.
– Have you personally encountered misogyny and sexism? In which areas are these phenomena currently most widespread?
– I’ve been blonde for most of my life, and in the business world I’m often overlooked as a trained professional who can teach and really help. Stereotypes about blondes still firmly sit in the minds of people, especially older ones.
I am also a driver with more than ten years of experience. I have travelled all over Ukraine and neighbouring countries more than once, but when they see me at the wheel, some men smile scornfully. In the case of a road accident, I was inequitably called guilty. And when I was looking for a car to buy, I was told that I couldn’t find cars with an automatic transmission for my budget (although I’ve only driven manual cars all my life).
In offices, factories, or any other workplace, misogyny can manifest itself in the form of gender discrimination in hiring, wages, promotions as well as sexual harassment. Women often face stereotypes about the distribution of roles and expectations about their professional behaviour and appearance.
Women who participate in politics, hold leadership positions or are simply public figures receive a biased attitude and underestimation of their professional competence. Representation by mass media and public discussion often focus on their appearance or personal life rather than their professional achievements.
Women’s stereotyping in films, television, music and advertising
continues to prevail. Women are often portrayed in limited or objectified roles, feeding sexist perceptions and standards of beauty. Although the situation has improved in recent decades, women still face barriers to academic careers in fields such as science, technology, engineering and mathematics. The advancement of women in these fields is often accompanied by sexism and misogyny in academical community.
– Do you notice changes in the attitude of women to women in recent years/decades? Would you call these changes positive?
– I would like to reveal this issue more from the point of view of the attitude of women to other women.
Working as a women’s psychologist and coach, I realize that it is the woman who influences the sense of dignity and self-esteem. Then her rules and boundaries are more respected by other women and the male part of the planet’s population. Therefore, my efforts are directed to the creation and support of women’s communities.
The world is moving towards activity in organizing communities, support groups, women’s networking associations that facilitate the sharing of experiences, resources and motivation. I like this trend and I am very happy to join it and lead the directions available to me.
The increase in the number of female leaders in various fields is stimulating the growth of mentoring programs, where female mentors help younger and less experienced colleagues. It helps to strengthen women’s leadership potential and destroys stereotypes about «competition» between women.
– You head the public organization «Dignity is Feminine». Why is this important to you?
– Self-esteem is a key element of everyone’s psychological health, but it is especially important for women because of historically shaped gender roles and expectations. Women are often subjected to pressure and violence from their husbands, parents, and colleagues. When there is violence in the family, it is not customary to talk about it, and the woman remains alone with her
pain. In addition, the societal «she herself is to blame» forces a woman to keep silent about her troubles in the family or with abusers. The purpose of the organization «Dignity is Feminine» is to help women who are in a difficult situation to come together, realize their strength and find ways to overcome difficulties. One of the main aspects for this is a sense of self-worth regardless of social and cultural pressure. It also includes the ability to set and protect personal boundaries, make choices without fear of criticism, and the right to feel proud of her achievements. It is important that women feel free to express their thoughts and needs, to be heard and recognized. By maintaining and developing their self-worth, women not only improve their own self-image, but also become role models for others, particularly young girls and other women in society.
– Do you believe that our generation can destroy all those gender stereotypes that have been imposed for centuries? How exactly do you see it?
– Gender stereotypes often limit women in choosing a profession, education, and personal development. Breaking away from them allows women to realize their full potential, to choose what they really want to do rather than what is considered «acceptable» for their gender.
In addition, the expansion of opportunities in career and education
leads to an increase in the financial independence of women. This is important for economic equality, as well as for personal freedom and security.
Stereotypes often shape expectations in relationships, which can lead to inequality and conflict. Getting out of these limitations allows you to create relationships based on mutual respect and equality.
When women actively stand against stereotypes, it leads to changes in societal attitudes, promoting greater tolerance and diversity. And this in turn creates a more inclusive society where there is space for everyone.
– What would you recommend to women to increase their selfesteem?
– – First, it is important to cultivate self-support and self-compassion. Often women are strict with themselves, and this lowers their self-esteem. Secondly, I would recommend to develop assertiveness skills, which will help to adequately respond to criticism and defend her own interests. It’s also important to seek support in communities where your goals and ambitions are valued and supported.
– What would you like to say/ wish to all Ukrainian women today?
– Dear women, let’s be sincere, strong, real! Let’s take care of ourselves and our loved ones for the sake of preserving the entire surrounding world!

– Mrs. Oleksandra, we are very glad to communicate with you. It is both interesting and useful for our readers. How were you defined on your specialty for life?
– Thank you for the kind words and the opportunity to communicate with your readers!
It was not simple, but very interesting path to my specialty. I had been working in a state institution in jurisprudence for almost 19 years. I had achieved the highest results in this direction. However, life took such a turn that I fell ill and had to leave work and pay attention to my health. But I wanted to work, communicate with people. It inspired me.
I signed up for courses at the Ukrainian IT School for the specialty Social Media Marketing, which I graduated with honours.
Today, I am a laureate of the International Order of Queen Anna «Honour of the Fatherland», laureate of the Order «For Public Valour». My marketing company was recognized as the «Best Company» in 2023-2024 and was awarded the Quality Mark of Ukraine. We are also engaged in charity work.
– What should be done in order to always remain a successful person?
– You need to constantly work on yourself and develop in various aspects of life. It means to learn, to be disciplined and responsible and to maintain a healthy balance between work and rest, to be open to communication.
Always being a successful person is not only about achieving certain goals, but also about continuous
development, self-discovery and the ability to adapt to changes in life.
– You are the author of a very interesting business guide book. Tell us about it.
– «Strategies of the Future» («Стратегії майбутнього») is a practical guide to marketing. This is a table book for entrepreneurs, businessmen, marketers, SMM workers, targetologists and personal brand owners.

– What helps you to always be in a resource?
– I am helped by balance in all spheres of life by taking care of my health and mental state, as well as by love and support from close people and constant development.
– What are your plans for work after Victory?
– I see great opportunities for the recovery and development of Ukrainian business after the Victory. The war brought many challenges, but it also opened up new horizons and forced us to rethink the way we do business. My main goal after the Victory will be active involvement in the country’s recovery process, support for innovation and development of sustainable business models, development of socially responsible business, innovation and digitalization, expansion of international cooperation, support of small and medium businesses.
– What would you wish our readers?

– Добрий день, шановні читачі!
Війна – завжди дуже стресовий
фактор, і ніхто до цього ніколи не
готовий. Треба було швидко при-
ймати складні рішення, оптимізувати бізнес та особисті ресурси,
налагоджувати додаткові ланцюги
комунікації з рідними, клієнтами.
Але завдяки цим процесам, я ста-
ла більш зібраною, більш швидкою до викликів та нових завдань,
більш стресостійкою, як не дивно це може видатися. Найскладніше
було підтримувати спокій рідних
та
близьких, які живуть далеко і
переживають за нас кожного дня.
–
Як Ви справляєтесь зі стресом після обстрілів, тривожних новин?
– Новини я намагаюсь не читати, більше професійну літературу. Від того, що ти прочитаєш, краще не стане. Допомогти, у більшості випадків, нічим не зможу, а тільки більше буду засмучуватися.
Ну, а після обстрілів десь добу
приходжу до тями, коли вибухає дуже близько. Але, як не страшно будуть звучати мої слова, ми звикаємо жити далі.
