SKI WORLD CUP IT
Diventa sempre più lifestyle l’appuntamento con le gare maschili, valide per la Coppa del Mondo di Sci Alpino, che si disputeranno in Alta Badia domenica 22 e lunedì 23 dicembre 2019. Proposte enogastronomiche d’eccellenza, piatti della cucina ladina e momenti ricchi di adrenalina, a stretto contatto con i campioni dello sci, accompagneranno i momenti di gara, in cui si sfideranno sulla Gran Risa, una delle piste più tecniche e spettacolari, i migliori atleti dell’intero Circo Bianco. Le aree hospitality LEITNER ropeways VIP Lounge, Red Bull Energy Lounge, Audi Alta Badia Lounge, Les Viles di Blizzard-Tecnica e Gran Risa Style offriranno, anche durante questa edizione, momenti di puro piacere all’interno della zona arrivo. NOVITÁ 2019: LE QUALIFICHE ALLE FINALI DELLO SLALOM GIGANTE PARALLELO La novità principale di questa edizione è data dal sistema di qualificazione per la partecipazione allo Salom Gigante Parallelo in notturna, previsto per lunedì 23 dicembre. Per partecipare alle Finali dello Slalom Gigante Parallelo, gli atleti dovranno superare le gare di qualificazione. Su un tracciato parallelo, gli sciatori si sfideranno in due manche. La somma dei tempi decreterà le posizioni di partenza alle Finali dello Slalom Gigante Parallelo dei migliori 16 qualificati. Le qualifiche hanno inizio alle ore 15.00, mentre le Finali si svolgeranno alle ore 18.15, sempre sulle “Gobbe del gatto” e cioè sull’ultimo tratto della pista Gran Risa. Anche in questo caso l’Alta Badia si riconferma pioniera in una nuova disciplina dello sci, ora a sé stante, con coppetta di cristallo di specialità per gli uomini. La disciplina sarà, inoltre, inserita nel programma dei mondiali di Cortina 2021. Ai vincitori del PGS, come a quelli dello Slalom Gigante, verranno assegnati i trofei, realizzati appositamente per l’Alta Badia dall’artista Daniele Basso, con cristalli Swarovski.

Die Rennen der Herren, die für den Alpin-Skiweltcup gültig sind und am Sonntag, 22. Dezember, und Montag, 23. Dezember 2019 in Alta Badia ausgetragen werden, verwandeln sich immer mehr in ein Lifestyle-Event. Hervorragende önogastronomische Angebote, Gerichte der ladinischen Küche und adrenalinreiche Augenblicke hautnah bei den Ski-Champions begleiten das Rennen, bei dem auf der Gran Risa-Piste - einer der anspruchsvollsten und spektakulärsten Pisten - die besten Sportler des gesamten Skizirkus ihr Bestes geben. Die Hospitality-Bereiche LEITNER Ropeways VIP Lounge, Red Bull Energy Lounge, Audi Alta Badia Lounge, Les Viles von Blizzard-Tecnica und Gran Risa Style bieten auch im Rahmen dieser Ausgabe Augenblicke von Genuss pur im Zielbereich. NEUHEIT 2019: DIE QUALIFIKATIONEN FÜR DAS FINALE IM PARALLELRIESENSLALOM Die wichtigste Neuheit dieser Ausgabe ist das Qualifikationssystem für die Teilnahme am Parallel-Nachtriesenslalom, der für Montag, 23. Dezember, vorgesehen ist. Um am Finale des Parallel-Riesenslaloms teilzunehmen, haben die Sportler die Qualifikationsrennen zu bewältigen. Auf einer Parallel-Strecke treten die Skifahrer in zwei Durchgängen gegeneinander an. Die Summe der Rennzeiten bestimmt die Startplätze beim Finale des Parallel-Riesenslaloms der besten 16 Qualifizierten. Die Qualifikationen beginnen um 15.00 Uhr, während das Finale um 18.15 Uhr ebenfalls auf den sogenannten „Katzenbuckeln“ und somit auf dem letzten Abschnitt der Gran Risa-Piste stattfindet. Auch in diesem Fall präsentiert sich Alta Badia als bahnbrechend in einer neuen, nun eigenständigen Ski-Disziplin der Herren mit eigenem Kristallpokal. Die Disziplin wird außerdem in das Programm der Weltmeisterschaft in Cortina 2021 aufgenommen. Den Siegern des Parallel-Riesenslaloms, wie auch des Riesenslaloms, werden die eigens für Alta Badia vom Künstler Daniele Basso, mit Swarovski Kristallen, kreierten Trophäen übergeben.

The men’s races, which are valid for the Alpine Skiing World Cup and will be held in Alta Badia on Sunday 22nd and Monday 23rd December 2019, are becoming an increasingly must-see event. The best athletes on the entire Alpine Skiing circuit will be battling it out on the Gran Risa, one of the most technically-challenging and spectacular slopes out there, all accompanied by top quality food and drink, traditional Ladin dishes and adrenaline-filled moments, rubbing shoulders with ski champions. Once again this year, the LEITNER Ropeways VIP Lounge, Red Bull Energy Lounge, Audi Alta Badia Lounge, Les Viles by Blizzard-Tecnica and the Gran Risa Style hospitality areas will be offering moments of pure pleasure right by the finish line. NEW FOR 2019: QUALIFIERS FOR THE FINAL OF THE PARALLEL GIANT SLALOM The main new feature of this year’s edition will be the qualification system for the night-time Parallel Giant Slalom, scheduled for Monday 23rd December. In order to take part in the Parallel Giant Slalom, athletes must get through the qualifiers. Skiers will compete in two heats, on a parallel course. The total time taken will decide the starting positions for the finals of the Parallel Giant Slalom for the 16 best athletes. The qualifiers will begin at 3pm, with the finals being held at 6.15pm, all on the “the last section of the Gran Risa slope. Alta Badia will once again confirm its status as a pioneer in this new ski discipline, which is now a stand-alone sport, awarding a special crystal cup for the men’s races. This discipline will also be included in the Cortina 2021 world cup programme. As is the case for the Giant Slalom, the winners of the PGS will be awarded trophies, which are created specially for Alta Badia by the artist Daniele Basso, with Swarovski crystals.
