City Secretary Pat Jones reports the City has received a voted ballot from one of its residents currently aboard the ISS. According to NASA officials, this is the first time a ballot has been cast in this manner in a City election. Ms. Jones said that by working with NASA, the Secretary of State, and Harris County, the process was a culmination of efforts and support by each of these entities.
