DAYS 1–5 I QUITO, ECUADOR/GALÁPAGOS From Quito, travel to the Galápagos Islands and settle into a lodge tucked into one of Isla Santa Cruz’s secluded bays. Enjoy three days to explore the wild wonders of this famed archipelago with expert naturalists. Sail aboard the lodge’s yacht, disembarking to seek out blue-footed boobies and frigate birds on Isla Seymour Norte, spot Sally Lightfoot crabs and land iguanas on Isla Plaza

DAYS 8–11 I MASHPI RESERVE Visit the archaeological site of Tulipe en route to a lodge set in the Mashpi Rainforest Reserve. Venture out on interpretive day and nighttime walks through the forest, in search of howler monkeys, kaleidoscopic birds, neon frogs, and more. Survey the canopy from the observation tower and ride an aerial bicycle through the treetops. Visit the Equatorial Monument on your return trip to the Quito airport. Mashpi Lodge | Meals: 4B, 4L, 3D
