Cookery Valentine’s at Home

NEW Surprise that someone special by serving up a Valentines culinary delight. Dishes will FOR over the four weeks include; pan seared scallops, apple and black pudding. Charred 2021 Asparagus, crispy hens’ egg, hollandaise, lemon and garlic. Week 2- Oven roasted white fish, celeriac gratin, samphire with a shellfish beurre blanc. Week 3 - Pan roasted fillet steak, creamed potatoes, braised shallots, mushroom & tarragon sauce and watercress and Week 4 Baked stem ginger cheesecake, apples, and honeycomb. Start Date
