Voting Reminders

The election for the 2024 Osceola County Association of REALTORS® Officers and Directors officially opens on Monday, August 7 at 8 AM. Ballots will be accepted until midnight on Friday, August 18, 2023. Please note that Simply Voting will continue to send voting email reminders until your ballot has been submitted.

All members will receive an email from SimplyVoting with instructions on how to cast their vote online via the SimplyVoting ballot form using your Stellar MLS credentials. Members can also log into their Stellar MLS account and look for the SimplyVoting icon in the “Association Resources” module on the bottom right. The results of the election will be captured by the Association’s attorney on Friday, August 18 to ensure accuracy, accountability, and the integrity of the process. The results will be announced on Tuesday, August 22 on the Association’s website in addition to a direct email to members. The 2024 Officers and Directors will be presented at the Annual Membership Meeting and Awards & Installation Banquet in December.

Did you attend our most recent event, ‘Flamingo Bingo, Bids & Booze?’ The event was a huge success! Thanks to all who came out to support it. Attendees enjoyed a night of exciting games, bidding on amazing auction items, and indulging in great food & drinks!

The night’s highlight was undoubtedly the visit from Bacon & the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office as they auctioned off the opportunity to be an Osceola Sheriff Deputy for the day! Congratulations to all of our auction winners!
