Dam Rehabilitation Project (SLC)

Prior to March 14, the permitting plan sets have been completed and submitted to the Kansas Division of Water Resources for review and permit approval, as well as the Kansas Water Office for their submittal for FEMA construction funds. In the interim, we are working with BG Consultants on easements needed to complete the work, and permit applications are prepared for submittal to the Army Corps of Engineers and Kansas Department of Health and Environment.

We remain optimistic to receive construction funding in September.

Sewer Rehab/Pump Station Replacement (Shawnee County)

The sewer rehabilitation project is going to be rebid in the coming months to find a new contractor.

The pump station project is awaiting materials for the pumps, and once materials delivery information is available, the construction schedule will be confirmed.
