MIRA WARSZAWSKI (MW) PGMAG: Mira, you are welcome to today's interview with Lady Anita. MW: It is an enormous pleasure to be interviewed by you Lady Anita and thank you for this privilege. PGMAG: You are one woman with an incredible story. Please introduce yourself to our readers. MW: My name is Mira and I am a nurse, entrepreneur, author, student of coaching at Jay Shetty Certification School and I live in the West of London. I am a wife to my husband, Kris, a mother to my daughter, Klaudia, a grandmother to my grandaughter, Gaia, a sister to my brothers Anton and Dariusz, and a daughter to my beloved mum, Janina. I have been a member of Voices of Joy - A living book featured on Youtube and a board member of the I Care Children Foundation and ambassador of peace appointed by the World Institute for Peace in Nigeria. . Humanitarian work is also at the core of my existence. I am also the co-author of Voices of Hope by Brenda Dempsey. I'm very passionate about writing and helping others. My next project will be a book collaboration - Rainbow Letters to Mother Earth by Chrisola Sirigou, a response to the planet in Crisis caused by climate change and rising mental health issues. The aim of this project will be to help 100 young people aged 5-19 become published authors in 2021.

PGMAG: Our research shows that at age of 39, you took a life-changing decision. Today you are a success story. What is your message for those who are afraid to step out of their comfort zone. MW: Figure out what it is that your heart sings about. Our life is full of distractions and we are exposed to different kinds of news every single day. It might be difficult at times to hear our thoughts. Try to make a space for that inner calling to get through. Meditation is a great way to quiet our mind and to hear our thoughts, feel our feelings, and read the messages that the Universe is sending to us. Surrender and trust in that support, while staying loyal to yourself and your dreams. Give yourself permission to do what your heart sings about.
