Viaje que superó expectativas Hoteles y servicios de primera
El único plan que tenía a mi llegada era ir Cancún, a una cena de siete tiempos en el restaurante Skylights, con el chef Agustín Puc -por cierto, ¡fue espectacular!, así que me relajé y pedí recomendaciones de cuál podría ser una zona céntrica donde pudiera salir a caminar y disfrutar sin complicaciones, pero también estar en un hotel donde tuviera las comodidades que a todos nos gustan. Así que encontré la opción perfecta: Preferred Club, del hotel Reflect Krystal Grand. Está en una súper ubicación, cerca del Mercado de Artesanías, de los bares, etcétera; pero lo mejor es que es un hotel Premium, tiene habitaciones hermosas con vista al mar, además disfrutas privilegios como una alberca sólo para adultos, una playa hermosa, desayuno y hapening VIP incluido. La verdad es que encontré lo que buscaba: desde disfrutar el azul hermoso en una playa exclusiva tomando vino espumoso, hasta la oportunidad de disfrutar la diversidad que ofrece la ciudad.
A trip that exceeded expectations
El trayecto en autobús al aeropuerto de Mérida fue mágico; volveré la siguiente ocasión llegando a Mérida, después a Tulúm, seguiré a Playa del Carmen y terminaré en Cancún. Sin duda, seguiré recorriendo México con las experiencias de In Estilo de Vida.
De relax y shopping Las bellísimas playas, arrecifes de coral, cenotes, gastronomía, ruinas mayas y el delicioso clima hacen que Cancún y Playa del Carmen sean lugares imprescindibles para conocer. Están separados por 70 kilómetros, así que en un solo viaje puedes conocer los dos sitios: Cancún tiene un ambiente sofisticado con hoteles de ensueño, mientras que Playa del Carmen es para ir de compras: hay artesanías, artículos de plata, textiles y marcas de lujo.
Relax & shopping time The stunning beaches, coral reefs, natural wells, gastronomy, Mayan sites and the delicious weather make Cancun and Playa del Carmen essential places to discover. They are 70 kilometers away from each other, so you can get to know both sites in just one trip: Cancun has a sophisticated atmosphere with fantastic hotels, whereas Playa del Carmen is great for shopping: there are craftworks, silver articles, clothing and luxury brands. The bus trip to Mérida’s airport was magical; I will come back on another occasion arriving to Mérida, then Tulum, I will continue to Playa del Carmen and finish in Cancun. Without any doubt, I will continue to travel around Mexico with the In Life Style experiences.
First class hotels and services The only plan I had when I arrived was to go to Cancun, to a seven-course dinner at Skylights restaurant with chef Agustín Puc –by the way, it was spectacular-, so I calmed down and asked for recommendations on what could be a central area where I could go out for a walk and enjoy things without complications, but also being in a hotel where I would have all the comfort that we all like. So I found the perfect option: Preferred Club by Reflect Krystal Grand hotel. This is a great location, close to the Mercado de Artesanías (the Handcraft Market), bars, etcetera; but the best is that it is a Premium hotel, has

Luego, continué mi recorrido a Playa del Carmen y me hospedé en el Platinum Yucatan Princess, un resort de los pocos en México donde las habitaciones de la planta baja tienen acceso directo a su hermosa alberca, además de seis restaurantes exclusivos, varios bares y un espacio para actividades como yoga, meditación, tiro al arco y un lago para practicar paddle board. Las cosas que más me gustaron del hotel es su
pintoresca playa privada donde te tiras a tomar el sol para olvidarte del mundo y que queda a diez minutos de Playa del Carmen. Así que cumplí con el objetivo de mi viaje, que fue disfrutar la comodidad, el lujo y la adicción que tengo por las caminatas para recorrer la Quinta Avenida y ver un paraíso donde la diversidad cultural y gastronómica es impresionante, haciendo que sea un lugar cosmopolita.

The truth is that I found was I was looking for: from enjoying the stunning blue sea on an exclusive beach drinking sparkling wine, to the opportunity of enjoying the diversity offered by the city. After that, I continued my trip to Playa del Carmen and stayed at the Platinum Yucatan Princess, a resort like very few in Mexico, where the ground floor rooms have a direct access to a

beautiful pool, as well as six exclusive restaurants, several bars and a space for activities such as yoga, meditation, archery, and a lake to practice paddle boarding. What I liked the most about the hotel was its picturesque private beach where you lie down to sunbath and forget about the world, and that it is 10 minutes away from Playa del Carmen. So I achieved the goal of my trip, which was to enjoy the comfort, luxury and addiction I have for walking on Fifth Avenue and seeing a paradise where cultural and gastronomic diversity is impressive, making it a cosmopolite place.

Saliendo de Puerto Vallarta, la carretera se interna en la montaña, pasando por El Tuito y Chacala, así que la lancha es una forma diferente de llegar a un paraíso más que soñado para cualquier viajero. Entonces, del lado opuesto a la Playa de los Muertos -conocida como Playa del Sol-, está el embarcadero Boca de Tomatlán, o puedes salir del embarcadero Rosita, el más antiguo del lugar, al principio del malecón.

Nacido en Chihuahua, vive un momento cumbre en su vida profesional. “En 2019 cumplo 40 años de haber entrado a los negocios de la familia, que es cuando empezamos Interceramic desde cero y hoy está entre los diez más importantes del mundo en este segmento, tanto en capacidad, ventas y reputación, como en conocimiento, tecnología, diseño y marketing”, señala. Cuando hablamos de playa pensamos en sol, mar y arena, pero pocas veces consideramos la cantidad de playas que tiene México: tenemos más de 11 mil kilómetros de línea costera. ¿Puedes imaginarte la variedad de playas? Desde el azul turquesa del Caribe hasta el Golfo de México con los mejores atardeceres. Toda mi infancia fui a Cancún o Vallarta, pero ahora no me limito, busco conocer un rincón nuevo del país, una playa virgen poco turística o el mejor lugar para esnorquelear. Si tienes la posibilidad de viajar y descubrir, te invito a conocer algo nuevo y disfrutar de la diversidad tan increíble que tiene nuestro hermoso país.
When we talk about the beach, we think about sun, sea and sand, but very few times do we consider the amount of beaches Mexico has: we have more than eleven thousand kilometers of coast line. Can you imagine the variety of beaches? From the torquoise blue of he Carribean to the Gulf of Mexico with the best sunsets. During all my childhood I went to Cancun or Vallarta, but now I don’t limit myself, I seek to know every corner of the country, a not too touristy virgen beach or the best place to snorkle. Todos perdemos líquidos durante el día y es importante reponerlos, pero en temporadas de calor o cuando realizas actividad física, la pérdida es mayor, por lo que debemos prestar atención a nuestro cuerpo y asegurarnos de estar bien hidratados. Lo más sencillo es saber lo que te pide tu cuerpo: si tiene sed, es que necesitas tomar agua. El dolor de cabeza, cansancio, mareos y orina con fuerte color amarillo son indicadores de que puedes estar deshidratado.
