The new Revised Development Standards have been approved by the Board of Directors. Please take a look at the changes that continue making our community high on the list of desirability. Members > Documents > Development Standards. Mountain views obstructed by trees continue to be a major concern with the homeowners in our community. The objective is not to get rid of trees and bushes, it is to be aware of the views they might block.
