Yeni kurulacak veya teknoloji konusunda yenilenme kararız alan firmaların pek çoğu yeniye ait ne varsa bunu görmek için İtalya’nın Verona Şehrinde düzenlenen marmomacc Fuarını ziyaret ederek yenilikleri görmek ister. Her zaman olduğu gibi bu yılda Verona Marmomacc bu özelliğini korudu. Marmomacc’da mermer ve doğal taş sergilenen hollere oranla teknolojinin sergilendiği holler kapalı gişeydi. Çok eksenli makinalar ile yapılan tasarım ürünlerinin sergilendiği 1. hol yine ziyaretçi akınına uğradı. Tasarımların imalatını yapan makinalar ise bir anlamda hünerlerini sergilemiş oldu. Ayrıca çok eksenli makinalar tarafından yapılan çeşitli ürünler yine fuardaki standlarında yer aldı. 2, 3, 4 5 ve 6. hollerde teknoloji ile ilgili ürünler, makinalar sergilendi. Bazı hollerdeki firmaların standlarında müthiş kalabalıklar göze çarptı. Stonetech Magazine ekibi Verona Marmomacc Fuarı’nda yeniye ait neler var sizler için gözlemledi.
Most of the companies which plan to renew their machines and those are to be newly established want to visit Verona Marmomacc Fair in order to see the latest fashion in natural stone processing technologies. As always, this year Verona Marmomacc retained its popularity. The halls where the technology products were exhibited were overcrowded compared to marble and natural stone halls in Marmomacc. The first hall where the design products that are processed by multi-axis machines, was full of professional visitors. In addition, various products made by multi-axis machines were also exhibited in the fair. Other technology products and processing machines were exhibited in halls 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Some stands were flooded with visitors. The Stonetech Magazine team observed the latest machinery technology at Verona Marmomacc Fair for its readers.

Donatoni, Intermac ve Montresor’un ortak standı ziyaretçi açısından her zaman kalabalıktı... Donatoni, İntermac ve Montresör’ün ortak standı kalabalık ziyaretçi sayısıyla dikkatleri çekiyordu. Donatoni hatasız kesim yapılabilen Makine modelleri ile öne çıkarken Quadrix DG 2000 ATC, SX 5, Echo Twin, DV 1100 modellerini sergiledi. Intermac CNC ve Waterjet konusundaki gelişmelerini ziyaretçilere yansıttı.
Donatoni, Intermac and Montresor’s joint stands were always full of visitors... The joint stand of Donatoni, Intermac and Montresor attracted many visitors. Donatoni exhibited the machine models that are able to make accurate cutting such as Quadrix DG 2000 ATC, SX 5, Echo Twin, DV 1100. Intermac presented its developments in CNC and Waterjet Technologies.

Breton Family Grows with Technema and Mistrello ...
Breton ve Breton ailesine yeni katılan Technema ve Plaka stok alanlarını maksimum verimlilikte kullanmayı sağlayan Mistrello ziyaretçilerin ilgi odağı oldu. Breton ayrıca Hype Rock ve Resin Drone’u, üretimdeki hata oranlarını neredeyse sıfıra indiren Smartflex sistemini tanıttığı standında işletme içinde yer alan makinaların birbiriyle haberleşmesini sağlayan Digihub hakkında detaylı bilgi alınabilen standı ile dikkat çekti. Breton ayrıca geçtiğimiz yıl ilk kez tanıttığı Tango Plaka cila makinasınını yine ön planda tuttu. Breton’un multiware markası Paragon ise yine öne çıkartılan makinalar arasında yer aldı. Breton’un fuarda sergilenen Smartflex modeli Türkiye’ye Sirmersan Mermer’e satıldı.
Breton and Breton Family’s new product Technema and Mistrello, that enables the maximum productivity and efficient use of slab stock fields attracted great attention. Breton also introduced Hype Rock and Resin Drone along with the Smartflex system that reduces the error rates in production to almost zero at the fair. Visitors were able to receive detailed information about Digihub that provides a communication system between the machines in the factory. Breton also displayed the Tango Plaka polishing machine, which was introduced for the first time last year. Breton’s multiware brand, Paragon, was also among the most prominent machines in the fair. Breton’s Smartflex model exhibited at the fair was sold to Sirmersan Marble.

İtalyanların ünlü tel markası Boart & Wire S.R.L ve Türkiye’nin dünya çahpındaki elmaslı kesiciler üreten markası HRK 5,3 mm çapındaki tellerini ziyaretçilere tanıttı. Blok kesimindeki fireyi daha da azaltan yeni tellerin multiware blok kesme makinalarının pazar payını geliştirme konusunda aktif rol oynayacağına kesin gözle bakılıyor.
Italian’s famous wire brand Boart & Wire S.R.L and Turkey’s World-renowned diamod cutter producer HRK introduced their famous 5.3 mm diameter wire during the fair. The new wires, which further reduce wastage in block cutting, are expected to play an active role in developing the market share of multiware block cutting machines.

Simec Orbital ve Image Share Matrix 4.0 ile farkını gösterdi. Doğal taş teknolojisinin öncü markalarından birisi olan Simec her kafası birbirinden bağımsız hareket eden Orbital modeli plaka silim makinasını yine ön planda sergiledi. Ayrıca silim makinasından çıkan plakaların yüksek çözünürlülükte fotoğraflarını çeken Image Share Matrix 4.0 modeli yine ön planda sergilenen ürünler arasında yerini aldı. Yatay Yarma Makinası konusunda kendisini dünya çapında markalaştıran Özteknik Makina Verona Marmomacc’ta yerini aldı. Pek çok ziyaretçinin gezerek bilgi aldığı Özteknik Makina yetkilileri Marmomacc’ın teknoloji konusunda dünyanın en verimli fuarı olduğunu söyledi. The technical innovations of the Paragon range from the geometry of the isosceles triangle wire layout to the identical diameter of all the wheels (1000mm) including the tensioning wheels operated by hydraulic cylinders - guarantee exceptional feed rates, uniform tension of the wires with minimal wire fatigue and greater durability of the rubber profiles; all aspects that combine to ensure optimal sawing quality. Each guide wheel can approach the block and always assume a position in its immediate vicinity. Thanks to a series of ladders and platforms, operators can perform wire changeover and repositioning operations rapidly and easily. Since the first appearance of the diamond wire as the most productive tool for the quarry operations, we guessed it should have been the “future” for what concerns the production of squared blocks, both of marble and granite. The TCI260VH can make vertical and horizontal cuts form 1,00 up to 2,00 mt long useful cuts. Chain saw QS series : Thanking to some ultimate solutions this machine can guarantee maximum efficiency and performance, assuring reliability and safety in any working conditions. QS4000 machine 32

Daily production schedule can be planned The GRANIT 2100XR is highly efficient and fast in daily production. It saves energy with its intelligent motor and systemic wiping heads. The wiping heads are prepared to move through the sensors, which warn that the stone is coming in at the entrance of the machine. Heads do not move unless they see the approaching stone and this eliminates unnecessary energy consumption. With the GRANIT 2100XR, it is possible to pre-program how many m² of stone can be polished per day.

PLC controlled automatic system provides ease in loading and unloading process PLC provides ease in loading and unloading of granite plates with controlled automatic system. The plateloading unit is equipped with an absorbent retainer frame comprising a hydraulic system for unstacking the plates. The loading unloading unit is equipped with strong vacuums that hold the plate during the slope stage. Both of the machines are operated by a redactor motion system on the rails fixed to the ground. All materials used in the GRANIT 2100XR are products that pass through the inspection and testing phase. GMS starts a comprehensive test and trial phase starts when the operation is finished. As a result of the test and trial phases, the machines are shipped.

The GRANIT 2100XR can be remotely fixed in case of all kinds of problems. GMS Machinery representatives state that they can solve all kinds of mechanical or software problems by a remote connection mode and they can solve all non-mechanical software & program problems with remote intervention. The representatives say that, if the problem is mechanical and requires a change of parts, the service personnel takes the required piece to the factory where tha machine operates and re-runs tha machined quickly. As stated by the representatives all GMS machines can be controlled by remote connection system.

The concertina racking systems produced by MISTRELLO have been specifically designed for the storage of natural stone, quartz and ceramic slabs. These machines are four times more compact than the traditional systems and exploit all available space thanks to the bellow-type closure. They are extremely user-friendly and loading (storage) and unloading (picking) can be done quickly and SAFELY without risk of error. Each machine is powered by a motor (0.75 kW) and a gear reducer. Thanks to the highly sensitive air system designed by our R & D team, the flights of the abrasive plates can be adjusted very precisely and dynamically. Polishing spindles are made of special casting material and are positioned in the center of the bridge. In this way, a perfect balance and vibration reduction during the working is aimed. Thanks to these systems, the machine can polish the corners and edges of the slab perfectly even the slabs with very fragile structure are finely polished. In the slab scanning system, special sensors are used instead of the switch system, which is an old system. Thanks to the special conveyor belt used in the machine, even curvy stones can be polished. Automatic lubrication system in our machine is controlled by PLC. Thanks to the lubrication systems we use, all heads are evenly lubricated.

Its bending strength and densification degree can be comparable with that of high Cobalt based formulation, and can meet the needs of cost reduction and improvement in performance in the production of high-grade diamond tools. Our iron powder has several advantages over Carbonyl iron powder such as lower production cost, safe and green production process, besides with irregular and hammer-shaped morphology, our iron powder has good compaction performance. Meanwhile, the particle size of our iron powder is similar to that of Carbonyl iron powder, and then our iron powder also has the characteristics of high activities and low sintering temperature. Full control of your productivity The PMI (Panel Machine Interface), allows several operations such as parameter setting, recording and loading of saved cutting data. The PMI controls both inverters (retraction/speed control) and the load cell. With the 11th Iran Stone Expo Fair held in Mahallat Nimvar on 9-12 October 2018, Stonetech realized its 2nd Iranian event as it was exhibited at every fairs of Natural Stone and Technologies . Not only that, Stonetech also brought a special deal in its pocket that would provide regular distribution to Iranian companies. Yes, after that, Stonetech will reach 500 Iranian companies on a regular basis with one-toone distribution.

Ziyaretçi bakımından da çok yoğun geçmeyen fuar da Türk firmalardan İran temsilciliği bulunan Vega Abrasiv, Erdek Elmas, Okaytaş markaları göz önünde idi. Tabii ki Turkish Stoneworld ve Stonetech Dergilerimizin standları tam olarak ziyaretçi akınına uğradı. Tüm katılımcı ve ziyaretçilere dergilerimizi dağıttık, İranlı dostlarımızın çok yoğun ilgisi ve beğenisi bizi gururlandırdı. Ayrıca İran ulusal radyosunun fuar izlenimleri için röpörtaj tercihini dergilerimizden yana kullanmasına nedense hiç şaşırmadık. The exhibition is mainly focused on the marble companies and especially the block market. It is a fair where machinery and technology companies are not very popular. In terms of visitors, the exhibition was not very intense . Turkish Brands Vega Abrasiv, Erdek Elmas and Okaytaş, by the representative of Iran, were considered. Of course the stands of Turkish Stoneworld and Stonetech Magazines were flooded with visitors. We distributed our magazines to all participants and visitors, and our Iranian friends were very proud of us. Moreover, we were not surprised that Iranian National Radio used its interview preference to our magazines for exhibition impressions.
