DIRECTIONS
INGREDIENTS
1. Combine salsa ingredients together and mix well. Set aside

2 ½ cups salsa
2. Place the beef into the base of the pressure cooker add hot
•
2 large tomatoes, diced
•
1 Tbsp olive oil
3. Steam valve: Sealing.
•
1 small red onion finely diced
4. Cook on: Manual/High for 60 minutes.
•
½ bundle of cilantro slashed
5. Release: Natural or Quick
•
Salt and pepper to taste
6. Serve with your choice of garnish

2 pounds ground beef
•
2 red peppers, diced
•
1 onion, cut in semi-circles
•
4 Tbsps butter
•
2 Tbsps of blended dry flavoring:
•
1 Tsp ground cumin
•
½ Tsp sweet paprika powder
•
½ Tsp paprika flakes
•
1 Tsp garlic salt
•
½ Tsp freshly ground black pepper
water. Add the red peppers, onion and butter. Add the salsa ingredients. Blend well in the instant pot. Add the dry spices.
Serve with a green plate of mixed greens and yogurt dressing.
