First of all, a refreshing dip in the beach of Las Teresitas, with its golden sands imported from the Sahara desert, and clear and calm waters – ideal for children. The time has come for lunch in the fishing village of San Andrés. Here, you will see the ruins of a 17th century castle, which played an essential defence role against Nelson in 1797. The enormous seawall under construction will protect 3,100 inhabitants from floods (as occurs in Venice each year). Recommended restaurants: Los Pinchitos –ask for Gloria and the experience will be heavenly, El Túnel, El Rubí, Cofradía de Pescadores and La Pandorga –recommended by TripAdvisor. To start, seafood (limpets, mussels, prawns and shrimps) and then some delicious fresh fish, such as wreckfish, blue butterfish, parrot fish or tuna, all accompanied by the typical wrinkled potatoes, green and red mojo sauces and local wine. Der riesige, sich in Bau befindende Deich schützt die 3100 Einwohner des Ortes bei Hochwasser vor Überschwemmungen (wie dies jedes Jahr in Venedig passiert). Taking the Camino Largo, we leave behind us a beautiful avenue of palm trees and design homes set in a really luxurious residential area. At the end of Camino Largo, we can take the road which ascends to Mesa Mota, a park where the locals usually go to have barbeques on weekends. Getting there on foot is an excellent option for those who want to enjoy the scenery as they ascend. Once up there, we recommend you cross the entire park and head for its lookout point, where we can enjoy one of the best views of the historical city centre and of the splendour of its surrounding countryside.

Auf dem Flanierweg des Camino Largo bewundern wir die von schönen Palmen und Design-Häusern gesäumte Promenade dieses luxuriösen Stadtgebietes. Am Ende des Weges nehmen wir die Straße, die zum Mesa Mota hinauf führt - ein Erholungspark, in dem die Einwohner La Lagunas am Wochenende gerne grillen und Picknicks machen.

Wenn Sie den Weg zu Fuß gehen, werden Sie die herrlichen Aussichten mit zunehmender Höhe sicherlich intensiver genießen. La Laguna desde arriba Si lo que queremos es conocer el municipio desde otro punto de vista, debemos hacer algunas paradas en lugares poco frecuentados pero que son de un encanto único.

Transitando el Camino Largo, dejaremos atrás un hermoso paseo lleno de palmeras y casas de diseño en una urbanización de auténtico lujo. Al final del camino, podemos coger la carretera que sube a la Mesa Mota, un parque natural recreativo donde los laguneros suelen hacer barbacoas los fines de semana.

Llegar hasta allí caminando es una excelente opción para los que quieran recrearse con las vistas a medida que van subiendo.

Una vez arriba, es recomendable recorrer todo el parque natural hasta su mirador, donde seremos testigos de una de las mejores vistas del conjunto histórico del municipio, además de apreciar en todo su esplendor la Vega lagunera. Canary brimstone The Canary brimstone (Gonepteryx cleobule cleobule) lives in the laurel forests of Tenerife and is an endemic species of butterfly of the Islands.

With a wingspan of between 60 and 68 millimetres, it boasts striking colours: yellow and orange, a little paler on the females, with small greenish and reddish stains on the inside of the wings. The Canary brimstone shares habitat with over 500 different species of butterflies in the Canaries.

Kleopatra-Falter In den Lorbeerwäldern Teneriffas ist der nur auf den Kanarischen Inseln heimische Kanarische Kleopatra-Falter (Gonepteryx cleobule cleobule) zu Hause. Teide Violet The Teide violet (Viola cheiranthifolia) is the plant which flowers at the greatest height in all of Spain, as it grows on the summits of Guajara and slopes of Mount Teide up to an altitude of 3,300 metres. Described by Alexander von Humboldt, it is the most fragile and delicate plant species of the Teide National Park. Although it comes in many colours, the majority is purple and mauve with yellow and white stains in the centre.

The lion, The King of the Forest, is in danger of extinction LORO PARQUE helps to finance a project which pursues the survival of this species. In order to see and get to know these beautiful animals, LORO PARQUE has opened its Lion‘s Kingdom. It is an impressive compound recreating their natural habitat, hosting a young lion and two lionesses of the Angola subspecies. These three specimens were looking for a home and they found it under the sunshine of Tenerife and the shadow of Mount Teide. The Loro Parque Foundation co-operates in the KAZA project for the protection of the African lion in a transnational conservation area which spans Angola, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe. In this way, LORO PARQUE endorses its commitment with nature and threatened species. This is a fantastic time to visit LORO PARQUE and to spend the day with the family observing these formidable animals which start a happy new life in the best zoo in Europe and second in the world.

Erjos-Las Portelas Sendero

The walk starts in the town square of Erjos (borough of Los Silos), beside the TF-82 road, which we cross to arrive at Calle Las Cruces and take the footpath leading to a dirt track. After around 500 metres, the track penetrates the forest.

The path continues north-westwards and after another 3 kilometres, it enters the eastern slopes of the Palmar Valley. From there onwards, the woodland thins, giving way to farming terraces. Along this last, mainly agricultural, stretch there are two branches which connect the main footpath with El Palmar, via Las Huertas or via Las Lagunetas.

RECOMMENDATION:

Die Wanderung beginnt auf dem Dorfplatz von Erjos (Gemeinde Los Silos) an der Inselstraße TF-82. Wir überqueren die Straße C / Las Cruces, wo wir einen Pfad einschlagen, der in einen Feldweg übergeht. Etwa nach 500 Metern führt der Weg in den Wald. Die Strecke führt weiter nach Nordwesten und nach weiteren 3 Kilometern erreichen wir die östlichen Hänge des Tals Valle de El Palmar, wo sich der Lorbeerund Immergrüne Hartlaubwald aufhellt und terrassierte Felder auftauchen. Die Landschaften in diesem letzten Abschnitt werden von der Landwirtschaft geprägt. Hier treffen wir auf zwei Abzweigungen, die den Hauptwanderweg mit El Palmar verbinden: über Las Huertas oder über Las Lagunetas.

En este último tramo, eminentemente agrícola, hay dos ramales que unen el sendero principal con El Palmar, por Las Huertas o por Las Lagunetas.

Between the Scorpius and Sagittarius constellations, we can observe the centre of our galaxy, the Milky Way. Some astounding figures: a diameter of around 100,000 light years and we are 28,000 from its centre; estimated to host between 200 and 400 thousand million stars, as far as we can see; there are millions of other galaxies in the observable Universe, the closest is Andromeda, at a distance of around 2.5 million light years... From the Teide National park, the centre and one of the branches of the Milky Way are visible to the naked eye, crossing the firmament from one end to the other. This is a view that is possible only in the best skies of the planet, like the one we are lucky enough to enjoy in Tenerife.

During the early hours of the night in September, we can observe – among others – the constellations of Draco and Cepheus (northwards), Aries and Taurus (eastwards), Sagittarius and Capricornus (southwards) and Hercules and Ophiuchus (westwards). A simple and free Smartphone application such as Google Sky Maps will allow us to identify what we see in the firmament.

Entre las constelaciones de Escorpio y Sagitario podemos observar el centro de nuestra galaxia, la Vía Láctea.

Algunas cifras asombrosas: tiene un diámetro de unos 100.000 años luz y nos encontramos a 28.000 de su centro; se estima que alberga entre 200 y 400 mil millones de estrellas, todas las que vemos forman parte de ella; existen millones de otras galaxias en el Universo observable, la más cercana es Andrómeda, a unos 2,5 millones de años luz... Desde el Parque Nacional del Teide podemos apreciar a simple vista el centro y uno de los brazos de la Vía Láctea atravesando el firmamento de un extremo a otro.

Es una visión reservada tan solo a los mejores cielos del planeta, como el que tenemos la suerte de disfrutar en Tenerife.

Durante las primeras horas de las noches de septiembre podremos ver, entre otras, las constelaciones de Dragón y Cefeo (al Norte), Aries y Tauro (al Este), Sagitario y Capricornio (al Sur) y Hércules y Ofiuco (al Oeste). Una sencilla aplicación gratuita para smarthphones como Google Sky Maps nos permitirá interpretar lo que vemos en el cielo.

Heights of Guajara

High mountain path which ascends from Degollada de Guajara to the summit known as Heights of Guajara with its altitude of 2,715 m, the highest point of the caldera wall and third highest of the National Park.

This point provides the best panoramic view of the Teide, Pico Viejo and Montaña Blanca volcanoes, as well as a sweep of the Caldera of Las Cañadas. It is a spectacular lookout point from where to pinpoint the different lava flows and plains known as “cañadas”. On the Summit, remains can still be seen of the hut used by French astronomer Jean Mascart when he stayed here to study the Halley comet when it passed near the Earth in 1910.

The southern slope of the Island is visible throughout the ascent and, on clear days, the other islands of the Canary archipelago.

ALTO DE GUAJARA. Sendero de alta montaña que asciende desde la Degollada de Guajara hasta la cumbre conocida como Alto de Guajara, que con sus 2.715 m. es la cota más alta de la pared de la Caldera y la tercera del Parque Nacional.

Desde ella se contempla la mejor panorámica de los volcanes Teide, Pico Viejo y Montaña Blanca, además de una amplia visión de la Caldera de Las Cañadas. Es una espectacular atalaya desde la que distinguir las diferentes coladas lávicas y las llanuras conocidas como cañadas. Hochgebirgswanderweg, der von der Degollada de Guajara zum Gipfel des Alto de Guajara auf einer Höhe von 2715 m führt, der der höchste Berg der Kesselwand der Caldera und der dritthöchste Gipfel des Nationalparks ist. Von ihm aus genießt man herrliche Aussichten auf die Vulkane El Teide, Pico Viejo und Montaña Blanca, sowie wunderbare Panoramablicke über weite Teile der Caldera de Las Cañadas. Von diesem spektakulären Aussichtspunkt aus erkennt man auch sehr gut die verschiedenen Lavaströme, sowie die Furten, die hiesig Cañadas genannt werden.

Bis heute sind auf dem Gipfel die Reste der Berghütte erhalten, die der französische Astronom Jean Mascart bewohnte, als er im Jahr 1910 den Komet Halley bei seinem nahen Vorbeizug an der Erde beobachtete. September arrives and, with it, the end of the summer holiday period. Many leave behind days of rest and relaxation, although others prefer this quiet month to visit our coasts and emblematic spots. Be this as it may, it is a time to reflect and to embark on new projects and challenges, or to focus on targets to make us just that little bit happier every day. In Adeje we never stop, we endeavour that the 12 months of the year are equally intense and happy for all those who visit us as well as those who live here. That is why this is the time to prepare for our October fiestas, to think ahead and work on the upgrade and maintenance of all our tourist facilities anticipating the visit of millions of European tourists who choose Costa Adeje to spend their autumns and winters, and to continue to generate projects and ideas which not only favour our town but, especially, improve the life of locals and visitors alike.

Der September kommt und mit ihm setzen wir den Schlusspunkt der Sommersaison par excellence.

Für viele sind die Tage der Ruhe und Erholung vorbei, um neue Energie zu schöpfen; doch andere bevorzugen genau diesen ruhigen Monat, um unsere Küsten und emblematischen Orte aufzusuchen.

In Adeje aber rasten wir nicht. Wir versuchen, dass alle 12 Monate des Jahres genauso intensiv und voller Lebensfreude für alle sind, die uns besuchen und die wir hier leben. Deshalb ist für uns die Zeit gekommen, die Feierlichkeiten des Patronatsfestes im Oktober vorzubereiten, weiter an der Verbesserung und Aufrechterhaltung aller touristischen Infrastrukturen für die Millionen von europäischen Urlaubsgästen zu arbeiten, die den Herbst und den Winter hier in Costa Adeje verbringen, sowie neue Projekte auf den Weg zu bringen und Ideen zu entwickeln, die nicht nur unsere Stadt voranbringen, sondern vor allem das Leben der Menschen verbessern, die hier zuhause sind und das derjenigen, die uns besuchen.

Llega septiembre y con el ponemos punto y final a la estación estival por excelencia, el verano.

Para muchos quedan atrás los días de descanso y recarga de energías, aunque otros prefieren este mes para acercarse a nuestras costas y lugares más emblemáticos, un mes tranquilo.

En cualquier caso es tiempo para pensar y para iniciar nuevos proyectos y retos o para proponernos metas que nos hagan ser cada día un poco más felices, que de eso se trata. En Adeje no paramos, tratamos de que los 12 meses del año sean igual de intensos y alegres para todos los que nos visitan y también para quienes vivimos aquí. Por eso, para nosotros, este es tiempo de prepararnos para las fiestas patronales de octubre, para trabajar en la mejora y mantenimiento de todas nuestras infraestructuras turísticas pensando en la visita de millones de turistas europeos que eligen pasar el otoño y el invierno aquí, en Costa Adeje, y para seguir generando proyectos e ideas que no sólo desarrollen nuestra ciudad sino que, por encima de todo, mejoren la vida de las personas de aquí y las que nos visitan.

Thick watercress soup

Kresse-Eintopf / Potaje de berrros

Ingredients:

Zutaten: ½ kilo of watercress 150 grams of sweet potato 2 corns on the cob ¼ kilo haricot beans ½ kilo of salted pork ribs 3 garlic cloves 1 pinch of cumin Water Salt

PREPARATION Put the ribs to soak overnight to desalt them.

On the following day, put the ribs, haricot beans, corns on the cob and sweet potato in a saucepan with plenty of water over strong heat, and when half cooked, add the cress, potatoes and a mixture of ground garlic, cumin, saffron and salt.

Place over a medium heat until fully cooked, checking that the potatoes and meat are tender with a knife. Some chopped goat cheese is an excellent accompaniment.

ELABORACIÓN Poner la noche anterior las costillas en agua, para que suelten la sal.

Al día siguiente, en un caldero con abundante agua, poner las costillas, las judías blancas, las piñas y la batata a fuego fuerte y a mitad de cocción añadir los berros, las papas y un majado de ajo, comino, azafrán y sal.

Dejar a fuego medio hasta que esté cocinado del todo, para comprobarlo podemos pinchar con la punta de un cuchillo las papas y la carne. Para acompañar, el queso blanco picado es una gran elección.

Products Recommendations FRANCISCO BELÍN

Rosemary. This is an easy-growing plant which does not require large amounts of water and can live without chemical treatments and fertilisers. Hence, it grows in different kinds of soils on Tenerife, making this aromatic herb a must for seasoning traditional, emblematic dishes such as rabbit in salmorejo sauce or macerated kid goat.

Local Wheat Gofio. Belonging to the wheat variety known as ‘barbilla’, it is considered one of the oldest and most traditional of the Islands. In Tenerife, it has become an important part of the local diet, using local cereal of the highest quality, which was even ranked the Best Gofio of the Canaries 2016 under the Quanarian trademark (Grupo Harinalia). It is made in the traditional style, using carefully selected whole grains which are roasted slowly then ground in a stone mill with just a pinch of sea salt.

Uga Salmon. Although demarcated to the town of the same name in Lanzarote, the smoked slices enjoy the highest reputation not only on the Islands but also in foreign markets.

Actually, the fish is brought in from Norway and Scotland, but it is perfectly smoked in traditional ovens in the purest Norwegian style, with sea salt harvested in Janubio.

Rosmarin. Die leicht zu kultivierende Pflanze benötigt

keine großen Mengen an Wasser und erfordert nur wenig Schutz- und Düngemittel. Da die Krautpflanze darüber hinaus leicht auf verschiedenen Arten von Böden auf Teneriffa gedeiht, ist das Gewürz wesentlich zur Zubereitung einer Vielzahl traditioneller Gerichte, so z. B. des emblematischen Kaninchens in Salmorejo-Beize oder des Ziegengerichtes Cabrito embarrado. Mit dem spanischen Namen Romero wird übrigens auch der Gefleckte Lippfisch bezeichnet, der heutzutage allerdings keine kommerzielle Bedeutung hat, da sein Fang untersagt ist.

Weizen-Gofio der Insel. Die unter dem Namen Barbilla bekannte Weizensorte ist eine der ältesten und traditionsreichsten der Inseln. Auf Teneriffa wird aus ihr ein qualitativ hochwertiges Lebensmittel hergestellt, das sogar zum besten Gofio der Kanarischen Inseln 2016 gekürt wurde und unter der Marke Quanarian (Gruppe Harinalia) vertrieben wird. Hergestellt wird es auf traditionelle Art und Weise. Die sorgfältig ausgewählten ganzen Körner werden sehr langsam geröstet und dann mit einem geringen Zusatz von Meersalz in Steinmühlen gemahlen.

Räucherlachs aus Uga. Obwohl der Fisch in dem

Dorf gleichen Namens auf Lanzarote geräuchert wird, ist er weniger auf den Inseln als auf ausländischen Märkten bekannt.

Der Lachs wird aus Norwegen und Schottland importiert, erhält dann aber in den alten Steinöfen Lanzarotes unter Verwendung des Inselsalzes aus Janubio seine perfekte Räucherung im norwegischen Stil.

Romero. La planta de fácil cultivo, que no precisa de gran cantidad de agua y requiere un bajo tratamiento con químicos y abonos, facilita que crezca en diferentes clases de suelo en Tenerife, lo que hace que esta hierba aromática sea imprescindible para el aderezo de platos tradicionales emblemáticos, caso del conejo en salmorejo o el cabrito embarrado. El otro romero, el capitán, es una especie marina que hoy no tiene rendimiento comercial pues está prohibida su captura.

Gofio de Trigo del País. De la variedad conocida como barbilla, considerada una de las más antiguas y tradicionales de las Islas, en Tenerife se ha sabido conseguir un alimento vernáculo de alta calidad con cereal de Tenerife que, incluso consiguió convertirse el Mejor Gofio de Canarias 2016 bajo la marca Quanarian (Grupo Harinalia). Se elabora de manera tradicional, a partir de granos enteros de cereal cuidadosamente seleccionado que son tostados lentamente y posteriormente molturados en molinos de piedra, con una ligera adición de sal marina.

mismo nombre de Lanzarote, las piezas ahumadas tienen gran renombre en las Islas sino en mercados foráneos. En realidad el pescado se trae desde Noruega y Escocia y es en hornos artesanales donde se lleva a cabo el perfecto ahumado al más puro estilo noruego, con la sal de las salinas de Janubio.

Canary and mainland chefs of national and international acclaim, including some with Michelin stars, participate in EL CHEF VIAJERO (The Travelling Chef, n.d.t.), an original proposal of the Regional Ministry for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Water of the Canary Island Government to promote the consumption of fresh produce of the islands.

Erlantz Gorostiza (two Michelin stars), Masterchef judge Pepe Rodríguez (one Michelin star), Martín Berasategui and his popular garrote (eight Michelin stars), Paolo Casagrande (three Michelin stars) and Diego Guerrero (two Michelin stars) will get to know the best of our islands, together with Carlos Gamonal (father and son), Fabián Mora, Braulio Simancas, Javier Darias, Joaquín Espejo Germán Blanco and Luis León, among others.

The aim of this initiative organised by Rural Management of the Canaries is that they all become mentors of local produce and promote local consumption and external demand of our land and sea products. It is also a case of extending tourism in the Canaries beyond the sun and sand segment, which attracts millions of people from all over Europe, by also making known crops, markets, local shops, landscapes and, especially, all the people who make it possible, underlining the hard work of our men, women and younger generations.

Aber Absicht ist auch, für den Tourismus auf den Kanarischen Inseln jenseits von Sonne und Strand zu werben, die ein Magnet für Millionen von Menschen aus ganz Europa sind, indem diese Gelegenheit haben, Anbaukulturen, Bauernmärkte, Geschäfte mit heimischen Erzeugnissen, Landschaften und vor allem die Menschen kennen zu lernen, die diese ermöglichen. In diesem Sinn geht es auch darum, dass die harte Arbeit unserer Männer, Frauen und jungen Generationen eine gebührliche Wertschätzung erfährt.

Flagship of Gran Canaria eating based on selected meats and proprietary wines, the owners disembarked one day in another emblematic spot in southern Tenerife, namely the former El Patio restaurant (Hotel Jardín Tropical). Mario Gil is the theorist behind a concept which has made this name synonymous to excellence. In the nineties, Gil left his native Colombia to study in the Complutense University of Madrid and that’s where it all started. The supply of meat for this franchise comes from Estancia Ganadera San Carlos (around 277 kilometres from Buenos Aires, Argentina) which ensures the standards and quality control at origin of around 3,000 head of AberdeenAngus cattle. Proprietary wines, olive oil, charcoals and, to round it up – as in all superlative meals – coffee from his native land, which comes from the small estate of his grandmother Regina, who lends her name to the select product. High standards support the variety and flavours of a meat proposal which can often be insipid in this area of the islands.

In addition to visiting the picturesque town of Granadilla de Abona and strolling along its streets, this restaurant of southern Tenerife is going to give us an extra dose of pleasure at the table via the mastery of its chef, Fito (Filiberto), who clearly believes in simplicity armed with straightforward and genuine flavours, which is clearly perceptible in his meat dishes. The establishment has undergone a series of transformations, including the incorporation of maître d’ Roberto Castro (who worked in Berasategui’s MB with two Michelin stars) and impressive dishes: the egg hash already says a lot for the chef. The unmissable steak tartar heralds treats such as grilled Galician beef ribeye steak or chop, in addition to rack and Iberian pork shoulder. Cochinillo, ¡qué cochinillo! ternera rubia gallega,.. La bodega, un portento de referencias vitícolas. Un feudo del buen comer en el Sur y en el que diariamente se reproduce –no hay más que observar las mesas- el ritual del buen comer, que ya se atisba desde la llegada: aromas de cocina clásica, de carnes a la brasa, el ajetreo de los profesionales de sala –más de una treintena de personas completan el equipo humano. Über das Vergnügen hinaus, durch die geschlängelten Straßen und Gassen dieses malerischen Ortsteils von Granadilla de Abona zu flanieren, bietet diese gastronomische Stätte im Inselsüden ein wahres Plus eines vorzüglichen Mahls aus den Händen des Küchenchefs Fito (Filiberto), der eindeutig auf eine Philosophie der Einfachheit mit authentischem Geschmack und ohne Verfälschungen setzt, die in den Fleischgerichten hervorragend zum Ausdruck kommt. Das Lokal hat eine Reihe von Umwandlungen durchgemacht, so auch mit der Verpflichtung des Oberkellners Roberto Castro, der im MB von Berasategui, zwei Michelin-Sterne, tätig war, oder der ausgezeichneten Küche. Allein das Eier-Gericht “Huevos estrellados” des Hauses sagt Vortreffliches vom Können des Küchenchef aus.

Steak-Tartar darf auf keinen Fall fehlen und verweist auf wahre Wunder der Kochkunst wie Lendenfilet der alten galicischen Kuh vom Grill oder das Rinderkotelett; darüber hinaus gebratene Rippchen oder die Schweinefleischspezialität “Secreto ibérico”. Die Güte ist immer garantiert und die Weinkarte von großem Interesse.

El suministro de la carne para el formato procede de la Estancia Ganadera San Carlos (a unos 277 kilómetros de Buenos Aires, Argentina) y aporta esa solvencia y control de calidad en origen con unas 3.000 cabezas de la raza bovina Aberdeen-Angus. Vinos de marca propia, aceite de oliva, carbones y, como remate –como en toda buena mesa-, el café de su tierra natal, que procede de una finquita de su abuela Regina, que da nombre al selecto producto. Alto nivel constatado que refuerza en variedad y sabor la propuesta cárnica general que tiende a caer en un “siempre lo mismo” en esta zona de la Islas.

EL CHURRASCO

Los carnívoros aseveran que las piezas que se degustan aquí son de primera y con detalles gustativos únicos. Con procedencia de Francia, Chile, Irlanda, Nebraska…, la materia prima es fundamental para esgrimir una especialidad, la cárnica, junto a otras propuestas ricas que el comensal puede experimentar en un entorno para atesorar en la memoria y la casa canaria remozada para el placer de comer bien. La referencia sauzalera puede presumir, pues, del producto cárnico seleccionado como estandarte, sin que vaya a la zaga preparaciones frescas y aligeradas como el ceviche de atún, risotto de queso de Treviso o berenjenas mediterráneas.

Además de acercarnos al pintoresco pueblo de Granadilla de Abona y serpentear por sus calles, el destino del restaurante sureño nos va a reportar un plus placentero de mesa y mantel con la mano del cocinero, Fito (Filiberto), que expone a las claras una filosofía de sencillez armada con sabor genuino y sin enrevesamientos, muy perceptible en su propuesta cárnica. El establecimiento ha experimentado una serie de transformaciones, también con la incorporación del maitre Roberto Castro (que ofició en el MB de Berasategui, dos estrellas Michelin) y una cocina de empaque: sólo los huevos estrellados de la casa ya dicen mucho del chef. Steak tartar, que no falte, anuncia maravillas como lomo alto de vaca vieja gallega a la brasa o la chuleta del animal, además del costillar o el secreto ibérico. Apuesta culinaria segura y más que interesante carta de vinos.

This show can be visited in Tenerife Espacio de las Artes (TEA) until 15th October, from Tuesday to Sunday and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Free of charge.

by Antonio Cubas, will give a concert on 28th September with the music from epic Hollywood films. They will play the soundtracks of films such as Ben-Hur, El Cid, Quo Vadis, Gladiator and Braveheart. The concert will count with the participation of the Film Music Festival (FMF) of Krakow in the presentation of works by Polish composers.
