PLANNING
Golden hour
If you’re looking for the perfect wedding portrait, then golden hour is the ideal time to get ultraromantic images. Because golden hour is such a small window of time (just as the sun is setting), it will take some planning on your part, your photographer, your planner and venue. To nail the perfect timing, you need to specifically schedule this time into your day.

HERE ARE A FEW OTHER GOLDEN HOUR TIPS TO KEEP IN MIND:
1
Be upfront about your wants and needs with your photographer. They may want to scout your location first, to find the best location to capture the sunset.
2
Be flexible. If that special glow hits during dinner, be prepared to put down your fork and go towards the light!
3
Don’t hold back in front of the camera. You won’t have long to get photos, so give it your all. Try to be as comfortable and natural as possible, hit those poses and let your smile shine.
