o es fácil hablar de un destino sin querer hablar de absolutamente todo lo que este abarca en más de un sentido; y la pregunta es: ¿Cómo lograr en unas cuantas páginas plasmar lo hermoso de toda una región sin quedarse corto? Y en respuesta, en este número en el que hablamos del Bajío, aunque sí hablamos de lugares que hoy por hoy tienen un gran nivel de importancia como San Miguel
de Allende, también nos pareció importante mostrarte un poco de lo que ofrece todo el estado de Guanajuato y es por ello que encontrarás una gran cantidad de páginas dedicadas a este. Por otro lado tenemos a Jalisco, que nos sorprendió con todas las propuestas vanguardistas que tiene en el sector turístico, como lo son los hoteles de lujo de Tafer Resorts, o las cabalgatas gourmet en un paraíso lleno de naturaleza en las montañas de la Sierra de Tapalpa; y en la parte gastronómica la propuesta del Chef Paco Ruano con el restaurante Alcalde. In February this year “Blackwood Council” organized a tournament in “El Marques Polo and Ski Club” in which 6 teams participated in a professional cup and 4 teams in an amateur cup. This is a clear example that there are more and more people rooting for this stylish sport. From my point of view, Polo is a treasure we all own, we know where to find it but we have decided to keep it buried due to the prejudice created around it.

Un champagne brut es una excelente opción pues además de refrescante, su presente acidez y poca concentración de azúcar lo vuelven la mejor opción para abrir el apetito. 3) Menos crianza a más crianza. Entonces seleccionamos primero los vinos que tienen menos tiempo en barrica y después los que tienen más tiempo de añejamiento. Un vino que ha tenido un paso por barrica evoluciona en varios aspectos. Un vino con crianza en barrica, entonces, acompaña platillos más elaborados. El seguir estos sencillos pasos hará que la experiencia del maridaje resulte en una experiencia extraordinaria para el comensal, ya que para mi una comida sin vino sería el equivalente a un día en la playa… ¡sin sol! Caten mucho y beban poco, ¡hasta pronto!
