Las catrinas fueron hechas por el Sr. Pedro Neri, en Capula al igual que la vajilla elaborada por el ceramista Uriel Arroyo. Todo el cobre fue trabajado con cariño en Santa Clara del Cobre, por la familia Barba y los elementos de barro manufacturados con amor por Iván y Rosalba. El diseño está a cargo de Juan Pablo Sánchez Naranjo. En todo el lugar se refleja el amor por la cultura michoacana y mexicana y cómo valoran el trabajo de toda la gente que ha participado en este proyecto. Cada cosa que disfrutes en Tata tiene alma.

Sotol is elaborated in Sonora, Chihuahua and Coahuila from a plant known by the same name. It has aromas of roasted nuts and a flavor reminiscent of chamomile. Desde la Segunda Guerra Mundial, Alsacia pertenece a Francia y tiene una superficie de 8280 km2, una gran parte de los cuales están cubiertos por el gran bosque de los Vosgos, cuya continuación en Alemania es la Selva Negra; tiene además enormes extensiones sembradas con viñedos. Sus vinos y sus viñedos son un preciado tesoro que podrás descubrir a lo largo de la famosa Ruta del Vino de Alsacia. Esta región es la más pequeña de Francia, tiene 190 km de largo y 50 km de ancho, toda su extensión posee una gran cantidad de lugares de interés turístico por descubrir.

El ritmo de vida actual nos lleva a justificar los malos hábitos en nuestra vida, tratamos de hacer todo más práctico; nos olvidamos de que somos seres que no sólo se alimentan de cosas que aportan energía, sino que estas deben de ser de calidad para que el proceso de desgaste sea menor. ¿Y qué tiene que ver un huerto con todo esto? Que existe una desconexión con la naturaleza que hace que la parte natural salga de nuestro día a día, como chef tengo la seguridad de que un huerto me apoya para dar mejores opciones a mis comensales, para enriquecer mis combinaciones, me da más elementos para seguir creando y planeando platillos para una alimentación saludable y natura.

That there is a disconnect to nature that makes the natural part of life to come out of our day to day, as a chef I am certain that a garden supports me to give the best options to my guests, to enrich my combinations, it gives me more elements to keep on creating and planning dishes for a healthy and natural diet.
