UPDATES FROM OUR REGIONAL CENTERS
- Pastor Kenny Sng
In the first half of 2022, it has been amazing to see how God brought new people into Trinity@Bangkok through the care and connect efforts of our members. It was very heartening to see many of them staying on and becoming regulars. God is captivating people to come to His House and bringing transformation to lives in Bangkok and Thailand.
Key evangelistic events to highlight were Valentine’s Special and Songkran Blessing with a total of 12 first-time visitors. We conducted a Life Skill Seminar on finance which attracted two first-time visitors among the total of 23 people in attendance.
We experienced a vibrant atmosphere that bonded the Trinitarians together in unity. We have seen a 25 percent increase in attendance in June compared to January.
We were excited to receive 11 registered church members on our Membership Sunday on April 24.
Another thing to highlight is the commissioning our first batch of leadership. On April 3, we commissioned seven new Spiritual Parents. We anticipated doubling the number of Spiritual Parents after we have completed another round of SP training end of this July.
Another first is that we had our very own AlphaTrackers. Two of our SPs had felt God’s leading and joined the AlphaTrack program. They are believing God to expand their faith and vision through this program.
Finally, we would like to honor the Missions volunteers from Trinitarians in Singapore who have committed six months to serve alongside us. Praise be to God.

God is doing His mighty work of restoration for His Mandate in Trinity@Jarkata. As we moved to our new home, our Lord restored the joy of gathering and togetherness in His house. Different brothers and sisters experienced restoration of their callings as they served God and stepped back into God's purposes and destinies for them.
The new service venue at Lippo Kuningan in January 2022 is an awesome place of worship. We are looking excitedly forward to the launch of Music School in August 2022.
Some of the training and consultation that happened in the first half of 2022 were worship training and consultation at Palopo and Ambon from May 16 to 21, and 7 Steps to Transforming Your Church from June 6 to 9. We have seen a remarkable work of God establishing His Kingdom.
When we hosted our first onsite Good Friday evangelistic event, more than 20 first-time visitors came and five accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
We also witnessed the church’s breakthroughs when two new Connect Groups were planted for two different generations – IGNYTE (January 2022) and Golden Age (May 2022). TRINITY CHRISTIAN CENTRE, AUSTRALIA FROM PASTOR JANICE CHNG
Trinity@Melbourne has been on a journey of faith since we started the church amid COVID-19 lockdown in August 2020. Church services were held online weekly since then to January 2022. Our services progressed from being online to onsite as the nation of Australia came out of the lockdown. We started our search for a bigger place to rent for our church services.
On March 20, we held our first service in The Waverley International Hotel – where we also received 8 new members into our church family.
We praise God for the opportunity to have a church retreat from April 1 to 17, where 25 of us went to Marysville. We had precious opportunities to encounter the Lord as our Lead Pastor, Dominic Yeo, ministered in this retreat. Many lives were touched, and people experienced the restoration and transformation of the Lord in their lives. Great friendships and bonding were built over our picnic lunch at Lilydale Park and trekking at Stevenson Falls as well.
It is our desire to build a strong community life in Trinity@Melbourne, as we see visitors joining us week after week.
Birthday celebrations, lunches together after Sunday services, outings to Yarra Valley and Jells Park, and the students coming together to bake for Mother’s Day celebration are some awesome opportunities we created to build our community stronger together.
Three Connect Groups were birthed to strengthen our multi-generational congregation. We have a Young Adults Connect Group for students from different universities, a Working Adults Connect Group for professionals from various walks of life, and a Recharged Connect Group for those aged 50 and above, where they have a wealth of experience through their journey of life to share and bless others with – some are now happily retired.
From this community, we see many congregants are availing themselves to serve on the different Ministry Expression Teams such as worship, tech, Children’s Ministry, and celebration host.
We praise the Lord for every Trinitarian who is building this House. We believe God will reveal what He has in store for Trinity@Melbourne; and lead us to walk out our destiny as a church family in this Decade of Expansion.
