Mushroom Omelet
4-5 button mushrooms, sliced 3 eggs 2 Tbsp. water Salt, pepper

Directions 1. Add mushrooms to the Microwave Breakfast Maker. 2. In a small bowl mix eggs, water, salt and pepper until well blended, pour over mushrooms. 3. Cover and microwave for 4-5 minutes at 50% power, let stand for 3 minutes.
