Ingredients

Smoked Salmon Omelet

1 piece of smoked salmon 2 Tbsp. crab meat 3 eggs 2 Tbsp. water Finely chopped dill Salt, pepper *Top omelet pictured

Directions 1. Add salmon and crab meat to the Microwave Breakfast Maker. 2. In a small bowl mix eggs, water, dill, salt and pepper until well blended, pour over fish. 3. Cover and microwave for 4-5 minutes at 50% power, let stand for 3 minutes.
