The Hispanic Business Enterprise (HBE) Program provides a national platform to Hispanic-owned companies that have scaled and grown beyond the
scope of local chambers of commerce. In addition to advocating on behalf of HBEs on Capitol Hill and across the country, the USHCC equips members with resources & knowledge to grow their business by raising awareness on procurement opportunities and introducing them to a broad network of decision makers in both the public and private sectors.
