Dear Reader

Meher Castelino

Since the beginning of this year, I have noticed a certain seriousness in the air. All the stakeholders of the beauty industry, from top notch brands and salons to upcoming artists and trainers, everybody seems to have tightened their belts, rolled up their sleeves and are getting down to doing some serious business. With the economic reforms of last year and the following slowdown thereafter, one thing is absolutely clear—the Indian beauty industry is strong and resilient. This upbeat mood has resulted in innovation in business and a healthy take on competition. This is a good, nay a great time, to be in the industry. And we as usual have our thumb on its pulse. In keeping with this buoyant mood, India is gearing up to host the first ever preview of Cosmoprof, presented by UBM India. In our interview with Yogesh Mudras, MD, UBM India, you will get to know all that about the preps of the mega show, which will be launched in India next year. Our very own homegrown brand of beauty expo—Professional Beauty India is expanding its footprint across the country, including the North-East, giving beauty professionals an opportunity to grow and thrive. The success of its expos is an indication of the positive growth graph of the industry. Our cover story is a look-book created by Lakmé Salon in a bid to encourage customers to get experimental with hair colour and go bold with cuts and styling. It’s rightly called the Free Spirits Hair Colour Collection. Considering the soaring temperatures, we take you to the cool climes of Himachal Pradesh with our exclusive insights into the healing programmes at Ananda in the Himalayas. The retreat, one of the best spas in India, organises year-long programmes with international gurus and offers a santuary to bodies and minds looking for solace. We at Beauty Launchpad will keep bringing you updates about the professional beauty industry. For up-to-date information, follow us on Facebook—Beaute Espace Media / Beauty Launchpad India.

The Body Shop care range The Body Shop has launched its range of Strawberry Clearly Glossy Shampoo and Conditioner. The shampoo adds shine to the hair strands, making them healthy and fragrant. The formula contains strawberry juice, Sodium Laureth Sulfate and glycerin. Its non-greasy formula leaves hair looking shinier and smoothes the hair cuticles without weighing it down. Follow up the shampoo with the new conditioner for glossing and detangling effects. It leaves the hair with improved light-reflection. It contains strawberry juice, glycerin, soya oil and aloe vera.

Everyone is aware of Olaplex No.1, 2 and 3 and the wonders these products can do to repair damaged hair. Here’s the good news! Olaplex has launched No.4 and No.5 as an addition to its original 3 step system. Olaplex No.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo and Olaplex No.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner are compatible with all hair types from virgin to highly compromised and can be used both in-salon by professional stylists and at-home by consumers. These two products work specifically with broken disulfide bonds in the hair. These bonds are broken both in-salon via chemical services such as lightening, color, rebonding and perming as well as at home via thermal styling including flat irons, curling irons and blow dryers or mechanical styling such as brushing. Olaplex No.4 and No.5 both relink these bonds creating strength, structure and integrity in hair. With heavy moisture content, they help hydrate and moisturise dry locks. The media and bloggers were invited for a preview of the products at Jean-Claude Biguine Salon at St Regis, Mumbai, where the Olaplex expert Jordan Alexander did hair consultations and the JCB stylists provided the experiential. Jordan also conducted training sessions while he was in the city.

Streax Professional had a treat lined up for hairdressers as it presented to them a day full of learning and inspiration with the King of Hair – Jaokim Roos. The international celebrity hairstylist had flown down to Mumbai to be a part of Streax’ Hair & Beyond show. Roos also unveiled the Marigold Collection, which was full of awe-inducing summer looks. Indian television celebrity Hina Khan was the showstopper at the mega hair show. Streax Professional prides itself on being a premium hair colour range specially crafted for salon professionals and technicians. As salons across the country are gearing up to welcome the summers, Streax gives them the added advantage of referring to a hair collection that celebrates the mood of the season. Ruled by the shades of golden, copper and blondes, the Marigold collection is in sync with the changing aspirations of the Indian customer. Along with the new collection, Streax Professional also launched its campaign ‘Hair & Beyond’, providing hairdressers an opportunity to enhance their hairstyling skills. The first exclusive seminar and styling event under the campaign was conducted to educate hairstylists to be creative in the fields of cut, colour and style. 32  Beauty Launchpad India | 04 .18

The Swedish style guru, Roos shared his world-class knowledge of hairstyling and coloration with Indian hairdressers at the Hair & Beyond seminar, which was held prior to the show. Speaking about his experience, he said,“Streax Professional has come out with trendy hair colours for this season, that will look the best if styled by the right set of hands. Hair colour needs the right skill and technique to come out beautifully and hence, I am very proud to be part of Hair & Beyond where I can share my learnings with future stylists. It’s wonderful watching these young and enthusiastic talents learning and willing to experiment with newer shades and techniques.”

Jaokim conducting a live hair session

Beauty launchpad’s Managing editor, KanishKa raMchandani, engaged roos in an interesting tête-à-tête aBout streax and hair trends. here’s an excerpt of the interview: Tell me something about your hair. What do you want to know? How do begin telling you about this madness! (laughs) How do you maintain it? It’s the easiest maintenence process you can ever have. You wake up and you are done! Once you get these braids/dreads done, you shampoo them once or twice a week. It doesn’t tangle up at all. That’s amazing! Now let’s talk about Streax. Which was your favourite look of the entire Marigold Collection? It’s quite hard to pick. I really like the short hair. It is so bold. I wish more people would try it here, in spite of the cultural inhibitions, as it brings out a truly modern woman. Whether you go that short (pixie) or have medium length, it really brings out your personality. Because your hair has so much personality. The fullness and softness that layers can give, all the formations that you can get with mid-length hair is amazing. What about colours? Which colour palette is trending? We see a lot of softer tones coming up. Balayage and Ombre have been around for a long long time. So, now the trend is moving to marble tones where you can’t define the colours. The trend is moving away from the black and the blonde and we see more of soft brown tones. Beautiful browns form the base for a few highlights that are blended. Which colouration technique will be trending this year? It’s neither Balayage nor Ombre. But these two techniques will never go out of fashion as they make the hair look natural. It’s a matter of how much you do it. For the longest time, we have seen a stark contrast of light and dark. Now we are seeing a softer

version of it where you put colour over everything to get twothree different shades. These are mild versions of the results of Balayage and Ombre. Which cuts will be in vogue? Longer cuts and really short ones are both in. There is a lot of focus on the fringe. In long hair, it’s not just about layers but also includes really full graduations. It involves rounded shapes with fuller ends, almost classic Hollywood style. With layers, you go short at the top like it was in the ‘70s. And then there are the long and short versions of the pixie cuts. What about texture? We will see a lot of proper blow-dry this year, not just flat ironing and flat iron curls. With a proper blow-dry, you get soft distinct movement. You also keep using sea salt sprays and dry shampoo sprays to get matte beachy waves. You had a masterclass throughout the day. What is your opinion of Indian hairdressers? To be honest, they have a lot of creativity and ambition but what is lacking is fundamental education in hairdressing, which has been absent in this part of the world. It has always been passing of knowledge from salon owner to apprentice. But a lot of that is changing with hair brands coming into the country. Also the client is demanding more. They won’t settle for second best. And that pushes our barriers. What is the one mistake that every hairdresser should avoid? Actually there are two! One is that hairdressers assume a lot. And the second and the biggest mistake is that they are not teaching their clients enough. Recommend the right shampoos and treatments, show them how to blow-dry, how to scrunch up their hair, how to wear a ponytail...they feel that they shouldn’t be giving their knowledge away. But that’s not the case. When you share your knowledge with the client, you are securing the client and she keeps coming back to you.

Heal thyself

Ananda in the Himalayas, the ultimate spa and wellness destination in India, plays hosts to a number of healing masters. We got an opportunity to interact with two of them to discuss various aspects of healing, wellness and complete well-being. — By Kanishka Ramchandani

B

etween March and September, Ananda in the Himalayas will have five visiting masters coming over to conduct various sessions in healing. The two masters with whom we interacted were Leela Sylvia Isani and Dr Roma Singh. Read on to know more about these healers.

46  Beauty Launchpad India | 04.18

Holistic Healing Leela Sylvia Isani is the master of Self Healing Ritual. She is a certified Holistic Healer, Reiki Master, Human Potential Trainer, Spiritual Coach and Author. She is trained in Alternative Medicine, Stress Management, Lifestyle Coaching, Psycho-

spiritual Care for the Dying, Energy Work, Trauma Healing and Yoga. She has devised her own intuitive way of Yoga called Leela Yoga. Her Self Healing Ritual at the spa will include a flowing self healing sequence. It offers special movements, gentle strokes

medicine, healthy food and nature. For me it is very important to find out why a body got sick. It’s not a complete cure if you get only medicine. Let me give you an example, if you are worrying a lot about something your stomach might react, cramping, aching and might even develop an ulcer. So if you take pills against the pain but don’t find a solution for the problem you are worrying about, the symptoms will come again. In holistic healing I see the whole person, not only the body, the emotional and mental state as well and through tuning in, reading the body and getting as well some insights about the emotions and the mind I can support to heal on a deeper, holistic level. A lot of the physical problems arise from the mind and of a so called broken heart and a lack of self love. What made you gain expertise in the field of healing? I was always interested in the essence and true meaning of life. Being healthy for me means not only a healthy body but living a fulfilled, happy life. Since my feet touched the Indian ground at the age of 20, I am fascinated by spirituality in the sense of living your fullest potential and discovering your true self. After a career as a flight attendant and event manager, I decided to study holistic medicine in Germany and as well spent a lot of time with spiritual teachers in India, became a reiki master and a yoga teacher. I was trained in spiritual care for the dying and learnt a lot about life and what is really important from people at the end of their lives.

All my experience with healing work throughout decades, guided me to combine different techniques in one, called the Self Healing Ritual, a combination of simple exercises, spiritual life coaching, soft touches, reading the body and tuning in the soul, activating the self healing power, self love and soul connection ...a very individual experience. My passion is to create a space where the client feels safe and at peace to open up to their own potential and healing power. How can one practice on its own? Energy work does not stop the moment the session is over, it is more like an initiation for the body to activate its own power. People are asked after the session to go on with the exercises, which they get in writing and to follow the suggestions they got in the sharing after the treatment. We are all are born with powerful self healing forces. We often forget about this healing power and ignore the wisdom of our body. It is important to learn more about this power and the language of our body and especially the heart. My advice is to take at least 15 minutes every day to just be alone, doing some stretches and listen to the body, what does it need? Then ask yourself am I happy? what can I do today to feel more happy and loving? what can i do to make others feel more happy and loved? Which things/habits need to be avoided? Number one not having enough self love. Self love means taking care of all your needs, and having a healthy relationship with your body, mind and soul.

and soft energetic touches, a specially created Self Healing Essence, a sound field and stillness. A specific symbol has been created to assist the process. During the session, people might experience altered states of emotions like Happiness, sadness, comfort, deep tranquility, feeling of safety, clarity and love. Here’s what Leela Sylvia Israni had to share with us... What is holistic healing? For me holistic healing means to allow and to support the body to heal itself, I believe that nobody ever heals somebody but our own healing power. Of course we do need support sometimes to activate this self healing power again. This can happen in many ways, like a loving touch, a deep sharing, a natural 04.18

Beauty / Wellness

A lot of people think negatively about themselves, so whenever you find yourself thinking negative thoughts, bring yourself in the present moment and think about all the good things in your life and be grateful for them. Love your life, accept what you can’t change and change what you are able to change for better. Find your passion in life and know that you deserve to be happy. Your experience working at ananda... It is very special to work at Ananda, as the magic and beauty of nature is very supportive in this beautiful, deeply relaxing environment the guests are much more open than in their daily lives to come closer to themselves and to find inner peace. My experience working with people here was deeply touching, not one session is alike. Some people need healing for their bodies, others need to heal a broken heart others just want to have clarity about their next step in life or a deeper connection to their souls .

in conversation WitH Dr roma singH... What is holistic healing? In my practice Holistic Healing pertains to dealing with issues at the three levels.... the Body, Mind and Spirit. Every problem we have, whether it is Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual is inter-connected to all three levels of the human being.

complete Well-Being A traditional Reiki Grandmaster & Teacher, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Past Life Regressionist. Certified by the California Hypnosis Institute, Dr Roma Singh is a Professional Member of the American Hypnosis Association. She is also certified by the Indian Board of Alternative Medicines. She offers her clients an individually designed treatment, gently guiding them to emotional and physical well-being. Having worked with over 5000 clients till date, her client base is spread around India, Dubai and Europe. Her workshop is titled ‘Discover the beauty of your Soul’ and it will include chakra cleansing, age-regression, inner child healing, past life regression, cutting energy links and much more. 48  Beauty Launchpad India | 04.18

What made you gain expertise in this particular area of healing? I trained as a Reiki Grandmaster, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regressionist which brought me to understand that we can bring about huge changes in any aspect of our lives....whether it is Physical, Emotional, Mental or Spiritual by using the immense power of our subconscious mind. This power can be tapped into by anyone who desires to change one’s life situations. Having worked with over 8,000 clients from all over the world, and seen amazing changes in their lives, brought me to this level of expertise and experience. By combining Reiki and Hypnotherapy, I learnt to create a powerful blend of therapy to bring about changes in the lives of my clients! How does it work? How can an individual practice on his own? Clinical Hypnotherapy works with tapping into the subconscious mind by a simple progressive relaxation technique, similar to

meditation. In this state, a client has access to his own subconscious mind and can tap into the causes of issues that he would like to address. These may relate to our current or past lives too! By following various processes and modalities, the therapy deals with releasing the causes and bringing a client to a balanced, healthy and very aware state. The end result is a balanced, healthy and strong state is achieved. With the experience I have had with my clients, an amazing connection begins to develop between the client and his/her very own power and higher self! Every session conducted is tailor-made for the client, keeping in mind what the client wishes to change. A client can practice on going into a meditative state on his/her own and clear negative energy blocks that cause physical ailments, fears, anxieties, stress, anger etc. They are also given affirmations specifically to clear negative belief patterns and habits. Which things/habits should be avoided to live holistically? In my view, nothing really needs to be avoided! What is really needed is to live life from our inner selves, rather than the external world. In this state, our own awareness guides us to living a balanced, healthy life, filled with love, joy and gratitude. Living each moment in this state, automatically creates a perfect body, peaceful (yet positive/focused) mind, energy levels that vibrate at high frequency levels.....bringing on a vibrant life!

The art of make-up The ARTDECO Group, together with Kaunis Marketing, is bullish about its expansion plans in India as it adds more brands to its Indian repertoire. — By Kanishka Ramchandani

S

ascha Reinhard, Managing Partner ICB Innovative Cosmetic Brands GMBH – Member of Artdeco Cosmetic Group, was in India to launch Anny, a premium nail care brand, and Makeup Factory, a professional makeup brand. Beauty Launchpad gets an exclusive interview with Reinhard about the Group’s partnership with Kaunis, its outlook of the Indian cosmetic industry, expectations from 2018 and much more. Are you happy with the response you have received for BeYu? Yes, we are more than happy. Our revenue is more than what we had expected. BeYu has been in the Indian market since last June and with Kaunis we have already opened more than 300 outlets. BeYu in all has about 600 SKUs. We have brought 230 products here, we will be adding more. We try to adapt our colours to the need of the Indian market, which means producing exclusive colours. What is your opinion of the Indian cosmetic market? When we did a market analysis before entering last year in June, we realised that it isn’t a mature yet. In modern trade, you see 6 to 8 brands vis-a-vis Europe where you see 15 to 20 brands. It is interesting for us that with BeYu we are only with six other brands. But these 6 brands are seasoned players like Lakme or L’Oréal, whereas we are a family-owned company. In Germany, the ARTDECO Group is number one in make-up. We are flexible in adapting to specific needs of the customer, which the other brands are not equipped to do. What’s the difference between your earlier stint in India and the present one? It’s huge! The income situation in India has changed dramatically. The middle class has come up. Earlier on the only mistake we made was that we were too early. The market was not ready. The average price 52  Beauty Launchpad India | 04 .18

point for a lipstick back then was `400, we came in at `800. It was not in sync with the market. Today the base price for a lipstick is `800, everybody can afford it and still the market is growing. Now is the right time to be in this market. Tell us about the new launches – Anny and Makeup Factory. Anny is a nail brand that’s affordable and premium. It will be rolled out along side the BeYu outlets. The second step will be to work with salons. We see it the right time to launch Anny here. The world market leader OPI is quite successful here. And we aim to take our share of the pie. Makeup Factory is a professional brand. We offer high quality products at a much lower price than a M.A.C or a Bobbi Brown. We will open company-owned standalone stores in all the major hubs like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata. We are working on a plan to associate with make-up artists, too. Make-up comes from professional artists and the film industry, which here is bigger than the one in Europe. Our approach is to work through the make-up artists to bring it to the consumer. Makeup Factory is for every woman who wants to have professional make-up and the possibility to use it on her own at home. We will bring in about 500 SKUs. Let the consumer decide what works for them. How is a Makeup Factory product different from a BeYu product? You can say a lipstick is a lipstick. But for Makeup Factory, the approach is of professional make-up. It has high-end ingredients and some added touch such as vitamin E or softening or hydrating ingredients. And then there are niche products like an eye shadow base. Our experts travel to the top Fashion Weeks around the world. Based on their observations, we create our collections.

So according to your experts, what’s trending in make-up? The worldwide trend is the matte colour. And we are trying to focus more on natural ingredients. We do not do any animal testing for any of our brnads. What will be the pricing for Makeup Factory? Since it’s high end make-up, the price points for Makeup Factory will be 25 to 35% more than BeYu. What challenges are you facing in getting the ARTDECO brands to India? Many! You have to follow a lot of rules and regulations. Then there’s the press work. What’s your target for this year? Actually, it’s our target for the next five years is to have a two-digit growth. We want to stabilise the 300 BeYu outlets that we have opened. The mid-term goal is to enlarge the numbers up to 500. What’s your relationship with Kaunis like? It’s like having our own company here. This makes the partnership completely different.

Cosmoprof The Indian edition

The mega beauty show arrives at the Indian shores! Making a splash across the industry, Cosmoprof will test the waters with their first ever preview show in India in September 2018. Beauty Launchpad engages Yogesh Mudras, MD, UBM India, in a tête-à-tête about his idea behind getting the show here, the growth path ahead and much more. — By Kanishka Ramchandani 54  Beauty Launchpad India | 04 .18

T

he overall beauty and personal care market in India is estimated at `74,700 crore by retail sales value. The personal care industry in India has been expanding at 13 per cent year-on-year. Realising the potential of this market, UBM India has ushered in Cosmoporf Bologna in India. The mega beauty show covers the entire BolognaFiere exhibition centre and is dedicated to the various sectors of the beauty industry: perfumery and cosmetics, natural products, packaging, machinery, contract manufacturing and raw materials, beauty and spa, hair and nails. Cosmoprof is an international ‘hub’ where professionals and decision makers meet to develop their business. Cosmoprof India, in the form of a Preview show this year, will be a reference event not only for the entire Indian beauty business community, but for the international beauty industry as well. One of its key features will be ‘Cosmotalks’ — a series of seminars focusing on key issues of the beauty sector by renowned industry players and experts.

In conversatIon wIth Yogesh Mudras, Md, uBM IndIa... What are your views on the Indian beauty industry? The Indian beauty industry is at an interesting stage. The amount of growth that we have seen is huge. From what it was in 2017, it is expected to triple in size by 2025. The market is really bouyant and there’s a lot happening within this space in the various segments. Be it haircare, skincare, colour cosmetics or niche verticals, everything is growing at a brisk pace.

For me, the key challenge would be how to get the right quality of buyers. The Cosmoprof shows have a reputation and exhibitors expect certain standard from them. We are focused on realising their expectations.

Awareness of international brands has increased, thanks to active promotions and digital media. Consumers, men and women alike, are growing serious about their grooming needs. Changing lifestyle patterns and increase in disposable incomes is further adding to it. People are considering grooming as an investment in one’s personality. All this will lead to better days for the beauty industry and are going to generate a massive boom in the sector across the globe. These are the reasons why we are launching Cosmoprof in India. What research did you conduct while you were considering getting Cosmoprof here? Today we are witnessing the launch of Cosmoprof but the talks have been going on for the past 3-4 years. Lot of efforts have been put behind it. The show is currently being held in three cities – Las Vegas, Bologna and Hong Kong. There’s an existing association between our parent company, UBM Asia, and BolognaFiere. Our research showed that there has been a steady increase in the number of Indian buyers going to these fairs for sourcing. Also, Indian exhibitors in the domain of natural or herbal ingredients and products are also on the rise. Is there a possibility of diverting traffic from the Hong Kong show to India? Not really! The Hong Kong show is humungous, with over 2800 exhibitors. In India, we are making a small start with the review. It’s a long long way to achieve the numbers of the Hong Kong show. But what we have considered is that if there are 100 Indian buyers going to Hong Kong, multiply that by 10 and you will get the number of buyers who can’t go abroad to attend the show. That’s what we are trying to tap, that’s the unexplored potential that we are targetting. Cosmoprof is an established brand. So, why not have the show directly instead of having a preview first? We want to see which are the areas that work in India. We want to introduce every segment from the Cosmprof show in India, including ingredients and packaging, and then find out what works better. Eventually we will introduce that in a bigger way at the main show. Moreover for Cosmoprof, we need a really good venue given the scale of the show. Currently we don’t have a custom-built exhibition centre with world-class facility in Mumbai. We will only get it next year with the opening of the Reliance venue. What are your expectations from the preview? There would be around 100 exhibitors. We have nearly sold out all the booth space. We are expecting around 3000-4000 buyers. It

will be a ticketed preview. We are hoping for a good head start for it. The protocol for buyers will involve registration and pre-registration processes. We will also have a mobile app to support this. Tell us about your promotional activities for the show? We are using all the methods that are available to promote the show in India – from print and digital promos to road show formats and shop-to-shop activities – to ensure that it goes to the right people. But for us, our biggest platform are our three international shows where we get our target audience. We have been actively interacting with exhibitors and buyers there. What will be UBM’s role in entire proceeding? UBM has been in India for 13 years now. We are the leading exhibition organiser here. We have a fantastic tie-up with BolognaFiere. We work closely with them in formulating the marketing strategies. We had organised a press conference with them, too. UBM will be organising the show end-to-end in India. Why choose Mumbai as the venue? Mumbai has a lot of potential and it is equipped to handle mega shows of the scale of Cosmoprof, infrastructurally and logistically speaking. We are only waiting for the right venue to come up. Will the main show be on the lines of the international ones? Absolutely! It will have a similar structure, with live demos, activities and evening engagements. The talent shows will be a platform for both Indian and international professionals. We would also be looking at getting into the training aspect, perhaps not in the first edition but eventually. Certain Indianised elements will also be considered. We would want to have space for everybody, irrespective of which section of the industry they belong to, be it luxury, premium or mass. We don’t want to limit the show. The main show next year will have 300-400 exhibitors and more than 10k visitors. From the perspective of features, we are aiming at making the Indian chapter as good as the international ones. However, in terms of size, it will take time to reach that level. We will ensure that there won’t be any difference in the quality of the show. What kind of challenges are you likely to face in putting the show together? For me, the key challenge would be how to get the right quality of buyers. The Cosmoprof shows have a reputation and exhibitors expect certain standard from them. We are focused on realising their expectations. The venue infrastructure is also another important challenge. 04.18

Future of demins

Arvind Mills unveiled its GRAVITY collection with an impressive fashion show. Path-breaking technologies in denim were the mainstay of the event. — By Rohini Lall

GRAVITY, a collection by Arvind Mills, is inspired by the most powerful force on the planet. Developed along with INVISTA, one of the world’s largest integrated producers of fibres, the collection was launched at Arvind FESTIVE 2018 show. The event also became the launchpad for futuristic denim technology brands such as E-Indigo, IKAT DENIM, BOOMERANG™ 360*, BOOMERANG™ BOUNCE, CHROME CORD and HYBRID CHINOS. Invista brought to the table technologies of Coolmax and Ecomade. Moving away from regular woven-knit and minor stretch denims, the focus of the R&D team at Arvind is to create a denim that moulds as per your shape and bounces back, thus imitating the boomerang. Aamir Akhtar, CEO, Denims, Arvind Ltd said, “Arvind limited is taking steps for leveraging innovative technologies to create the best fabrics across performance, fashion and functionality. We are constantly pushing our limits to redefine denims every season. It is our endeavour to bring customers the best products that are aesthetically elevated, technologically innovative, and most importantly, sustainable.” Other innovations in the range include the sustainable dyeing technology of E-Indigo and IKAT DENIM that combines the weaving technique to achieve controlled patterns. The show also had an Indigo Art Centre that gave the visitors a sneak peek into the ‘indigo inspired lifestyle’.
