Frankincense is a wonder oil in the world of abundance for so many reason helps lift you to a higher level and raise your vibrations, clearing those low vibrations and protecting against negative influences so you can connect on a deeper level with yourself and the universe and truly ask for what you desire. Ask and you shall receive! To see and feel abundance there must be no low vibrations, as like attracts like. If you put out low vibrations that's what you shall receive, so one of the key factors in manifestation is to raise yourself and your vibrations to call in what will truly serve you. A great way to do this is to show gratitude and be thankful for everything good in your life, no matter how small and insignificant it seems and Frankincense helps you to open your heart and be deeply thankful. We love them all, so what we ' ve done is put together a selection of recipes and blends that will support and boost your current practice, or if you ' re new to the concept of manifestation, these will help you get started with fantastic results. Adding essential oils can add a new dimension to calling in abundance, so we have carefully selected the best oils to help you find your gratitude, raise your vibrations, create your dreams and visualise what they will look like when they come true, so trust yourself to find your own truth while connecting your spiritual self to your physical self in perfect balance, allowing you to manifest your own magical life!

Add oils to a 10ml roller bottle and top up with fractionated coconut oil.

Roll this blend on the back of your neck or on your spine for a quick way for the oils to enter the brain but also over the sternum, between the breasts to encourage the oils to help connect the mind to the heart. When we ' re fully connected and balanced spiritually and physically, we can raise our vibrations and create our own magic. We can bring our visualisations and dreams to life when we learn what truly serves our life's purpose. This particular blend will encourage a wealth of abundance, which everyone deserves and there's more than enough for everyone.

WILD CARD

RAISE YOUR VIBRATIONS SHOWER STEAMERS

1 cup Baking Soda

⅓ cup Distilled Water

15 drops Wild Orange

8 drops Frankincense

4 drops Clary Sage

Mix all ingredients together well.

2.

Scoop the mixture into silicone ice trays or small moulds.

3.

Let them dry for at least 24 hours before removing from the moulds.

4.

Store in an airtight container and add on to the floor of your shower for a revitalising shower.

EXPERIENCE

Place one steamer in your shower tray while you shower and enjoy the uplifting aroma while you take some deep breaths and let the warm water run over you.

The combination of these oils will raise your vibrations while the water washes away any negativity. Take a few minutes to visualise what it is you want to manifest, see it in your mind's eye, stand the way you would stand if you had achieved it, believe it has happened already and then take that energy with you into your day!

CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER DIP

½ cup Vanilla Yoghurt

½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter

½ cup Whipped Cream

Toothpick Swirl Cinnamon Bark

Sliced Fresh Fruit to serve with.

Mix the yoghurt, peanut butter and whipped cream together.

2.

Add the Cinnamon Bark using a toothpick, dipping the toothpick in the oil then swirl into the creamy mixture, taste and add more swirls if required, slowly build the concentration until you reach the desired flavour. Remember less is more as it's a very strong oil and once added it can't be removed.

Serve with fresh fruit to dip into it!

The flavours in this creamy peanut butter dip are perfectly complemented with fresh fruit, which will also raise your vibrations. It's the perfect snack or desert.

STRAWBERRY POMEGRANATE

MOJITO MOCKTAIL

4 chopped large Strawberries

1 oz Pomegranate Juice

Soda Water

Fresh Mint Leaves

3 drops Lime

E T H O D

1. Fill the glass with ice.

Muddle the strawberries and mint in the bottom of your glass.

Add the pomegranate juice and Lime and stir well.

Top up with soda water and stir gently.

5.

Garnish with mint and a lime wedge if desired.

Add a cheeky shot of white rum if you want!

EXPERIENCE

This refreshing and healthy drink is a great afternoon pick me up to keep your vibrations and energy high or to simply enjoy as you brainstorm some new ideas to manifest. Packed with health benefits, this drink is great on a physical and emotional level. Any kind of fruit when consumed fresh will increase your vibration levels, but fresh berries are in a league of their own.
