1 oz Beeswax

1 oz Fractionated Coconut Oil

1 oz Shea Butter

10 drops Ginger Y O U ' L L N E E D M E T H O D

Heat beeswax, coconut oil and shea butter on a double boiler until everything is fully melted and combined. Remove from the heat and stir in the oils, stirring well until the oils are fully combined. Pour into metal tins and allow to cool and harden for several hours.

Work can leave you stressed and tense, with that tension often being carried in your muscles. These oils come together perfectly to soothe sore muscles while also boosting your motivation, so use at the end of a stressful day to help you prepare to tackle another day at work!

SELF-WORTH SHOWER MELTS

½ cup Baking Soda

¼ cup Citric Acid

¼ cup Cornstarch

80 drops Eucalyptus

20 drops Peppermint M E T H O D

1/8 tsp Spirulina Powder or green Mica (optional)

Spearmint or Eucalyptus

leaves (optional)

Alcohol in a Spray Bottle

Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk well to combine.

Slowly, add the Eucalyptus and Peppermint oil evenly throughout the mixture while mixing the ingredients at the same time. Then, whisk well to combine.

Spritz the mixture with a few sprays of alcohol to moisten it. Then, with rubber gloves, knead the mixture briefly to combine all the ingredients together.

Grab a small handful of shower melt "dough" and squeeze it to assess the texture. If it sticks together like damp sand, it's ready to mould. If it crumbles or falls apart, add a few more sprays of alcohol until you get the right texture Be careful not to add too much moisture

Spoon a small amount of spearmint or eucalyptus leaves into the bottom of each mould, if desired

Pack the mixture tightly into your silicone moulds If at any point the mixture starts to dry out too much, simply spritz a bit more alcohol until it stays together

Once you ' re finished, smooth out the tops and leave your melts to dry for at least 24 hours However, if you live in a humid area, they may need more time You'll know they're ready when they feel dry and hard to the touch

Once dry, carefully remove your melts from the mould Gently peel back the silicone and push on the base of the shower melt, they should pop out easily.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.

FOCACCIA BREAD

4 cups All-Purpose Flour

2 teaspoons Kosher Salt

2¼ teaspoons Instant Yeast

2 cups warm Tap Water

1 teaspoon soft Butter (for greasing the pan)

4 tablespoons Olive Oil (divided) Italian Seasoning or finely chopped Fresh Herbs

Flaky Sea Salt

1 drop Rosemary

M E T H O D

In a medium-large bowl, combine flour, salt, and instant yeast. Stir well. Add the warm water Using a sturdy wooden spoon or a rubber spatula, mix until all of the flour is well incorporated (there should be no small pockets of flour.) Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours and up to 24 hours.

Lightly butter two 9-inch cake pans Line pans with baking paper Pour one tablespoon of olive oil into the centre of each pan Divide dough in half with a large spoon or rubber spatula and place one piece of dough in each pan, turning to coat with oil. Tuck edges of dough underneath to form a rough ball.

Cover each pan tightly with plastic wrap and allow the dough balls to rest for 2 hours (it may take as long as 3 hours, depending on the warmth of your kitchen). The dough should cover most of the pan.

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees celsius with a rack positioned in the centre of the oven

Drizzle another tablespoon of oil mixed with Rosemary over each round of dough. With oiled fingers, using both hands, press straight down and create deep dimples that go all the way through the dough (in other words, you'll actually be making deep holes ) If necessary, gently stretch the dough as you dimple to allow the dough to fill the pan.

Sprinkle tops with Italian seasoning (or fresh herbs) and flaky sea salt. Transfer the pans to the oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 220 degrees celsius Bake for 22 to 28 minutes, until the tops are golden and the undersides are crisp Remove pans from the oven With a metal spatula remove bread rounds from the pans and transfer to a cooling rack. Serve warm or allow to cool completely, then store in an airtight container.

BLACK PEPPER SHRIMP

12 oz headless Shrimps

3 tablespoons melted Butter

2 cloves minced Garlic

½ tablespoon Oyster Sauce

1 tablespoon Chinese Rice Wine

1 teaspoon Sugar

1 pinch Salt

1 tablespoon Chopped Scallions

3 drops Black Pepper

Heat up a wok and add the butter on medium heat. Saute the garlic and add the shrimps, stir to combine. Add the oyster sauce and stir a few times before adding the rice wine, Black Pepper, salt and sugar. Finally add the scallions, then stir to mix well and serve immediately.

This is a really simple dish to make, it's light and flavoursome and is perfect for those evenings when you have to continue working to get the job done. The Black Pepper makes you feel more motivated so you can focus in the face of diversions and meet work deadlines, even if that means working after hours, which is so much easier to do after this delicious meal!

Eating and keeping your energy levels up will give you stability physically, however the Black Pepper will enable you to cultivate an increasing sense of professional stability in your work life too.

LEMON & SPEARMINT SHORTBREAD COOKIES

2 ¼ cups All-Purpose Flour

1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar

1 cup Butter soften at room temperature

¾ Powdered Sugar

¼ teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

4 drops Lemon

3 drops Spearmint

In a bowl mix flour and salt, mix well together and set aside.

In another bowl add the sugar, butter, powdered sugar, Lemon and Spearmint and mix with a hand mixer.

Add the lemon juice and mix again.

Gradually add the flour and salt mixture and combine everything.

Remove the dough and shape into a log, then store in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place the chilled dough on a well floured surface and roll it into a ¼ inch thickness. Cut out your desired shapes and place on the baking tray.

Bake until the sides become slightly golden brown, around 14-16 minutes.

Place cookies on a cooling rack and let them cool completely before enjoying them.

Heat the almond milk in a small pan on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until frothy. Add enough stevia and toothpick swirls of oils till you reach your desired flavour. Pour into two mugs

ICED SPEARMINT GREEN TEA

4 bags of Lemon Green Tea

2 cups room temperature Water

1 cup boiling Water

2 tablespoons Sugar or Honey

6 drops Spearmint

Add your tea bags to a pitcher and cover with the cup of boiling water, let them steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags from the pitcher. Add the sugar or honey, Spearmint and room temperature water and mix well until fully combined. Fill the pitcher up with ice. Pour over ice and garnish with spearmint leaves, if desired.

LEMON GINGER CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

1 drop Ginger Y O U ' L L N E E D M E T H O D

2 tablespoon Lemon Juice

4 tablespoons Simple Syrup

4 oz Gin

12-16 oz Champagne

2 drops Lemon

Add half a cup of ice to a cocktail shaker and add the lemon juice, simple syrup, gin, Lemon and Ginger, then shake vigorously until chilled.

Divide the mixture evenly between two glasses and top up with 6-8 oz of champagne each.
