Club Corner Aylesbury CTC Re-launch of Easy Riding rides. If you enjoy riding Aylesbury is a great place to cycle, surrounded by lovely countryside within easy reach. There are numerous cycle paths in and around the town centre and on new housing developments. These will eventually take you round a green corridor planned to encircle Aylesbury as part of the Garden Town plan. Also there is the excellent Greenway cycle route which provides a safe, traffic free route from Aylesbury to Waddesdon Manor.

Aylesbury Dolls House Club
The club will be meeting at their regular time of 7.30pm, on Wednesday 3 August, at Halton Village Hall. Following on from making a 1/48th scale room box in July, this month we will be adding a wardrobe in the same size, to match the beds made previously. Working in such a small scale is new to some of our members, so we are all working on perfecting our technique! This project will conclude in November with a matching Christmas-themed fireplace for the room. The Newcomers rides are between 15 and 20 miles long at about 8 to 10 miles an hour and the Easy Pace are about 30 miles long and around 10 to 11 miles an hour.
In order to raise her ranking, Katie now needs to take part in tournaments all over the world and the money raised from Katie’s Kwiz will help ensure that she can access the events. She also coaches squash at the Wendover club and there’s an active junior section, where girls and boys aged 6-17 play on a regular basis. There’s a thriving tennis and squash community in Wendover. Scouting has had a full return to activities this term. The group joined in the District St George's Day at Diggerland Kent with over 700 young people from around the Vale of Aylesbury having an amazing time playing on all sorts of diggers.

After 3 years of Covid delays and renamed as Jubilee Camp we took 90 members of the group camping at Phasels Wood for an activity camp and Jubilee Games and Tea. A fantastic weekend was had by all.
Summer Swimming! Wendover Swimming Pool is a volunteer-run pool offering Lane Swimming and Family Splash sessions - and with the coming of summer, Family Splash Weekday Afternoons.
