The Race for Opportunity: Diversity List process was self-nomination. Candidates completed an online selfnomination form which opened on 17 July 2015 and closed on 11 December 2015. The self-nomination process yielded 62 nominees. The ethnicity, gender and duration of years in Hong Kong of the nominees is as follows:
