Mr. Vikas Mehra is a Transformation and Change professional with over 22 years of experience in the Banking and Management Consulting industries across Asia and Europe. He currently works for HSBC and drives the successful delivery of complex bank-wide transformation programs across the region by leading a team of resources located in 8 countries. Vikas has worked for IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong for 10 years, for IBM, Belgium for 2 years, and for Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse in India for 5 years. • Founding member of Community Action and Response Endeavour @ Hong Kong (CARE@HK): a. Several initiatives with China Coast Community, Hong Kong’s only elderly home for English-speaking residents. b. Development of audio stories for visually-challenged students.
• Projects through HSBC’s community service initiative: a. Community Ambassador for a project to assist the rehabilitation of Nepalese drug addicts. b. Citizen Science Leader with the HSBC Water Programme to assist with research on the impact of red algae on Hong Kong’s water systems. c. Docent for an exhibition titled Made in Hong Kong at the HK Maritime Museum.
