Mr. Vijay Harilela is a qualified Solicitor in Hong Kong, England and Wales. He is currently a Consultant and Alternate Director at Harilela Hotels Limited/Ashoka Investments Limited, a part of the Harilela Family Group of companies. He advises and consults on investment opportunities and strategies and is general legal counsel on corporate matters. Prior to this, he was a Solicitor at Victor Chu & Co (Solicitors) specialising in corporate and commercial and employment laws.

He completed his Masters in Business Administration from University of Bradford.

Prior to joining KMB in 2013, Mr. Jain worked as a director of MVA Asia Ltd. and Trans-consult Asia Ltd. and led the design and planning of a number of large-scale transport infrastructure projects in the Middle East and South Asia. Prior to that, Mr. Jain worked for MTR Corporation / KCR Corporation, Hong Kong for 12 years holding various senior positions.
